Tried this place for the first time and the shrimp pita was slamming. So flavorful! The home made baklava is done right, not too sweet. Definitely going back to try more items!

Third edition of Yasou that opened in New Milford. Really gorgeous store, everything new and shinny. Store looks beautiful. I put in a take out order for lunch via the app. The lady in the store was really wonderful.
The chicken soulvaki and gyro platters were really good. Soft chicken cubes with marinated herb for soulvaki. Pita bread was quality. And the amazing homemade tzatziki sauce, tastes so good. The side items of greek salad and grilled vegetables were fresh and complimentary to the main dish.
It was my first order in a while from Yasou. I’ll be getting food from here more often now.

If you want to try the best Greek food in New Jersey, I highly recommend Yasou Thasos. This is the best restaurant I have ever been to, I drove from Pennsylvania to Yasou Thasos, New Milford because it is my favorite restaurant and it is worth it, the owner Rosa is an excellent host and makes you feel at home!!

This is now my favorite go to lunch/dinner/ dessert spot. The Greek salad with beef/lamb gyro on top are deliiiish and it is hard to pick just one thing since the kebabs and the yogurt are just as good. Great service too

It used to be really good food, but today we had worst experience both from food quality and service at the same time. We ordered three portions of beef that turned out stale as if cooked few days ago and reheated several times. The quality of the beef is also very questionable, as it was very chewy. I’d say we never had this low quality at this location. As a courtesy we called the location to find out what was wrong, however we were confronted whoever was on the line and blamed to be late to pick up the order by 35 minutes. Where in fact order was placed at 6:21pm and picked up around 7pm. Nowhere in this timeframe the freshly cooked beef could become that stale. This is very unfortunate and sad, but you just lost one of your regular customers.
