In store customer service is lacking a bit of awareness. They are heavily focused on drive thru and online orders, but there should be some kind of rotation to man the counter inside. To be able to offer guests their cups or specialty drinks when picking up orders. Instead they ignore it until it’s convenient for them to stop and ask if you need anything, ultimately taking away convenience for the customer ordering ahead. My advice order ahead without drinks for best possible experience with pickup orders.

The absolute most slowest fast food place in adrian! I have a hour lunch break and ive spent 32 mins in the drive thru already with a car still ahead of me!! This place is a joke this isnt the first time this has happened here. Make sure to clear your afternoon if you plan to come here

Taco Bell is like that wild hookup you know you shouldn’t text but do anyway. It tastes amazing going in, and 30 minutes later your stomach is filing complaints with HR. The NEW WRAP was flawless, the Baja Blast was basically liquid temptation, and my bathroom paid the ultimate price.

I went the other day and waited over 45 minutes for food. It was to the the point where people behind us were yelling out their windows telling people to hurry. It was bad.
Another review just went and in my order was 3 cheasy chicken chipotle melts. They rang up 6 we asked to get a refund for the 3 extra items and they refused. They wanted to substitute my items for a few cinibon things. Then out of no where they give me the $6. Then the 3 melts I did get were so tiny and skimpy. I am extremely disappointed.

I visited this Taco Bell today and was truly blown away by the experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Brandon, the manager, was working the register and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I’ve never received such incredible customer service, especially at a fast food restaurant!
Brandon had a genuine smile on his face the entire time, no matter how many questions I had or how specific my requests were. He handled everything with patience, kindness, and enthusiasm. The whole team was just as friendly, laughing, smiling, and clearly enjoying what they do. It created such a positive environment that made my short visit feel special.
And if the customer service wasn’t enough, the food was hands down the best Taco Bell I’ve ever had. I know Taco Bell is Taco Bell, but this was next-level delicious. Everything was fresh, perfectly made, and honestly tasted better than I’ve ever had it before.
I never leave reviews, but this experience deserved it. I’ve never been treated so well at a fast food place in my life. Huge shoutout to Brandon and the whole team, you all made my day. I’ll definitely be back!

Very solid taco bell. Definitely the best experience with online orders from one so far. I didn’t have to wait long even though I literally ordered in the parking lot lol. Ended up here twice during a work trip and it was excellent both times. Fast, fresh, and accurate, even down to the number of sauces I asked for. I wish the one back home was this good.
