Not quite as great as Sonoran hotdogs in Tucson, but they are pretty good here if you can’t make it down to Tucson. They are $7 each currently.

I would not wish this place on my worst ENEMY!
The food was very bland, ordered tacos and a burrito the meat was not seasoned and had no flavor along with the guacamole and salsas they where watered down and the purple onion tasted spoiled like if had been sitting for a very long time. I do not recommend especially for the price.

Down & dirty Mexican joint in Mesa, AZ. I’m in that area several times a month so it’s convenient. Good Mexican food where meat is king… serve Mexican Hot Dogs too. Today I had 1-Carne Asada & 1-Pastor Street Tacos, and a Caramelo Quesadilla… corn tortilla, cheese, & Cabeza. Good salsa bar… red & green salsas… love the guacamole salsa! Good place… I’ll keep going back for more!

Mickey’s Hot Dogs are the best! I’ve tried Sonoran hot dogs elsewhere and nothing is as good as theirs! A small salsa bar with an assortment of toppings. I usually get the pickled onions and avocado sauce to put on mine. They a $5 for one

Mickey’s hot dogs is a downtown Mesa staple. They have Sonoran style Mexican food. They are best known for their Sonoran hot dogs (al Todo- with everything). Their quesadillas are HUGE and so good. We also suggest their tacos pastor or asada on flour tortillas are our favorite. They have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and the salsa bar is great (fair warning the red salsa is HOT).

I found myself looking for some late night eats on Broadway again. Stumbled upon this place based on the good reviews. Mickey’s hot dogs is a pretty small limited menu mexican restaurant with limited space for parking. I ended up getting 2 hot dogs, cheese fries with sausage, a Percheron Burro (carne asada burrito, with cheese, beans, onion wrapped in bacon) and bean w/ cheese burrito for a total of $41 after taxes.
1. The hot dogs were basic Sonoran dogs. For $7 this was a little overpriced for the area. There are multiple other hot dog stands around here where you get more flavor.
2. I ordered the cheese fries with hot dog sausages, as I was told it was a favorite. It was decent, but fries and cheese sauce had absolutely no seasoning. would recommend you skip this.
3 The bean burrito was a good size and had plenty of cheese definitely one of the better options.
4. The Burro Percheron was decent. A little salty due to the bacon, but overall pretty good. Albeit, for $15 just go for the regular Carne asada burrito, you’re not going to miss out on anything.
The salsa bar offering was decent, and salsas we’re nice and spicy!
Overall, this place is decent if you’re in the area and nothing else is open. But definitely recommend you try some of the other similar places that are around here even if they’re just the small food stalls/ trucks. Usually you will find tastier food options at a more competitive price.

Overpriced as all get out. $7 for a regular hot dog with just ketchup on it. $13 for a gross carne asada burrito. It did not taste good. It had nothing in it, no onions, cilantro,…it was literally carne asada and a little cabbage. Like what? The salsa wasn’t good either

Micky’s Sonoran hot dogs are my favorites here in the valley. Always so good, the bun is soft and maybe even slightly sweet… so awesome!

This is my first time having a Sonoran Hot Dog. The location has plenty of parking, outdoor seating and a few tables inside. The staff are super friendly and explained to me what was included on a Sonoran Hot Dog. The hot dog is wrapped in bacon with beans, tomato, onions, ketchup, mustard and mayo on a soft hot dog bun. It seemed priced reasonably at $5 for a loaded hot dog.
