This is a nice old school type diner. I ordered a peanut butter milkshake to start which was very good. They don’t skimp on the peanut butter here. I had the calzone which seems to be their specialty item. I felt it was just average with nothing special about it. I would try something else if I visited here again.

Definitely do not recommend the spaghetti & meatball. Not our 1st visit but our first time eating in for several months. We tried the spaghetti & meatballs. So disappointing. Make their own pasta yet the “sauce” is canned diced tomatoes? Why waste time making the noodles/ pasta if the sauce is just an afterthought? Way over priced given the sauce, zero taste. The salad was pretty good but very tiny. This was a $10-12 meal at best, NOT $17. If one has to add salt or even pepper to the sauce, it isn’t any good. No flavor just tastes like watered down tomatoes. Bummer since the meatball was obviously homemade and good flavor, you get one. It’s also baked which I don’t love, it was steaming hot for 10 minutes. They have “expanded” seating by putting tables behind the kitchen. Stark lighting, because your actually sitting in the kitchen. The tables all around us were trashed. Trash under the table we were seated at, like whip cream lids and napkins, etc. $58 for 2 people. No ice cream or dessert. I’ve had good experiences before but it’s been awhile. Last one was just for ice cream and the ice cream is great! Our server Ryan was the highlight of our experience tonight, awesome job!

The food was delicious. The fried pickles are great. Nice, crispy onion rings. Good Shepherds pie.The waitress could have been nicer. Portions small for the price. The ice cream was very good. I ordered a hot fudge milkshake with malt. Overall, I would visit again.

I’ve been here twice now and had a great time on both occasions. The pizza is great, sandwiches also very good, and I love the milkshakes. The staff are very friendly and do a great job. Can’t wait to visit again!

First time here. It gave the feel of an old time dinner, it was cute. People of all ages. Indoor and outdoor seating. Staff was friendly and plentiful. Service was on top of it. Lots of good items on the menu. Definitely will go back again.

It was my first time there. It was very family oriented and they are very friendly. They treat you very well and make sure you are feeling cared for while you order and check on you during your meal. They have a nice outdoor area to eat also. The personal size Hawaiian pizza was delicious.

This places food was absolutely atrocious
Their wasn’t an empty seat in the house, but our Dinner was so awful that we didn’t even want the food not to mention our left overs- I was visiting from LV Nevada and you can get a 5 star meal there for under 10 dollars this place NEEDS SEASONED Food and better chicken / it tastes like Rubber freezer chicken / Massys has them beat by a long shot with their boneless sauces and wings – the garlic butter tasted like straight unsalted butter – normally I wouldn’t even give a bad review but for 40 bucks I am so dissatisfied.

I love this place! Staff is always extremely helpful and friendly and the restaurant overall is always clean. Don’t forget the restrooms! They are super clean as well and have been every time I’ve been in there. The food here is definitely great although I believe I’ve only had dinner once in this restaurant. I am normally a banana split or milkshake guy when I go. They’re ice cream is to definitely die for! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great little ice cream parlor that serves food with big flavors.

I am so sick of coming to this restaurant and getting less than stellar quality- less than quality food, less than quality service. I’ve been coming here for 10 years and everything about this place is consistently going downhill. We’ve brought the family in on a Monday night, dining room half empty and waiting on a table for 15+ minutes. Half empty dining room and a wait?!? Tonight we came in, looking forward to friendly service and great food, instead we get cold fries that were served with our meal not as an appetizer, drinks that only got refilled when I went to the counter and asked for a refill, Stromboli that was not piping hot, no garlic butter brushed on top. If you’ve ever been here, you will know this is not what we were expecting!
The service is hit or miss. Seriously depends on which server you get and what time of day you come. During lunch through the week, guaranteed great service and more than likely great food. Evening, you’d be better off walking out if the servers aren’t part of the team that was there when Mark and Glenna had it! The new owners have it in their mind to make it bigger and better, how when you can’t keep up with what you have?! You bought a well oiled machine and have done nothing but screw it up since! And while I’m going on about the new owners, there is only one I ever see busting his ass in that restaurant, the other one may be there but if you see him, he’s not doing anything to help his team.
So sick of wasting my money here, I’m not sure IF we will be back, which is sad because our family used to love the food and atmosphere. I’ve brought people here from out of town for years because it was a sure bet to be great, not anymore. I’ll have to stick with a chain restaurant or something that has better consistency overall.
