Tim, the manager, definitely needs proper training on food service as well as customer service. Thank goodness I am in a good mood today and didn’t take his rage bait. I went to the window and made it very clear that I needed 3 meals. He rung everything up a la cart and ended up having to ring it up again as trays. I was ok with that, no problem. I wasn’t sure if he was distracted or just not paying attention but I had to repeat my order 5 times and he still got it wrong at the window. I was still very calm and patient but he was extremely rude and snatched the food and even shoved it when handing it back. I hope that everything at home is well but this is not how you treat customers. Especially those that are being patient and understanding.

Went today, employees were great, really nice but my girlfriend was disappointed with the outwest style burger. Her bacon was almost completely raw. Could have gotten sick eating this

Fast! The worker in the drive thru, the day I went, “literally” rolled her eyes when I said thank you, have a good day and she pushed her chin out as if to suggest, “leave please”… usually workers are pleasant but in a rush, I guess because they are usually trying to get through the very very long line when they are busy, they’re busy!! But today, ugh, rude-tude and no line, so why the attitude Wow!
Food is always hot and fast, with the exception of getting through the line!!!!
Anyway, I cannot stand not having an updated menu online, so here you go!!

The one star is because I can’t through to anyone after you guys messed up my order. Already home and do not want to go wait in a long line AGAIN. Mistakes happen but the fact I can’t get though to anyone is absurd. What kind of customer service do you practice?? I worked in fast food industry for several years while I was a teenager. I have never spoken to someone this rude in my life! We order our stuff and I have never been to cookout before so I told my friend that I wanted a cheeseburger with just cheese and a bacon ranch wrap and fries. My friend rolled up to the intercom and said he wanted a tray with a big double burger and the cashier, Mya, says “just the burger?” He then takes a second to ask me what I want exactly and I say that I just want cheese. He then tells the cashier that the burger should have cheese only. She then replies something along the lines of “next time you pull up to the drive through you need to know what to specify” with an attitude. My friend says my bad and she says “so sad”. He orders the rest of the food and we pull up to the window. On top of that the burger had everything on it and not just cheese and the milkshake we ordered had half of it missing. Obviously the food was still good but the service ruined it this time around.

Dear Customers, if you’re going to come and order food for your entire 5 or 6 person family, why not go inside or call ahead? You guys destroy the drive-thru speed and put the staff under increased pressure!
With that being said, this location is great! The best Cookout in the surrounding area. They always move as fast as possible, orders always accurate and food hot. Thank you guys!

Horrible experience! Ordered a side order of cheese bites and was told they were in the bag before the man at the window asked me to tip him , ” I know you guys have a family but it would help feed mine ” so I tipped the man and was sadly let down with no cheese bites and then to top it off my 3 piece chicken tender was 1 full tender and 1 tender ripped into two parts will . Then the next day decided maybe it was just him so I returned with my wife and they were not only rude when taking her order demanding that she needs to tell them at the window what kind of sauce she wanted then they rushed her to finish her order with no one in line behind us . Horrible place 1 out of 10

This has got to be the best taste of fast food Hands down! It’s affordable, highest in customer loyalty, and great choice of menu options. Never tried it, stop reading and Google map the closest location…Drive there NOW! Told you so!

Went 3 times since the score went back up to the 90s after being in the 80s for a bit and the first 2 times they just forgot items but that was easily remedied this time though both my bf and I received RAW chicken wraps 3 chances won’t be back
