This McDonald’s will rip you off on your money. They will sit there and give one person’s order correctly and they’ll sit there and make A frappe watered down And sit there and chip you out on your hashbrowns when you order them Southern ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel with extra breakfast sauce. They gave us that but they never gave us our two hashbrowns that we ordered the large caramel frappe that we ordered was watered down and tasted like just cream and the large hot chocolate they gave it to us, but it was fine. I don’t recommend this McDonald’s if you’re actually getting breakfast food.

We’ve all made questionable choices on an empty stomach, and this was nearly one of them. We pulled into the lot, parked, and even got as far as sitting down inside. I opened the McDonald’s app and started piecing together dinner: Filet-O-Fish combo for Mrs. K., chicken wrap combo for me. While I was tapping through the order, she returned from the ladies room with a look that said more than words. The restroom wasn’t clean, and two nearby tables still hadn’t been cleared. Then I glanced at the total over $20. For McDonald’s?
That was enough. We stood up and walked out before committing. Somewhere out there was a dinner that would be cleaner, healthier, and easier on the wallet. This just wasn’t it.

If I could give zero stars I would. I waited 20 minutes in a designated space to get food. Then went inside to find a filthy mess and no one even looked at me while I stood at the register. I cut my $17.16 loss and walked out! NEVER to return.

This location has great employees, and the food is pretty much what you would expect from McDonald’s. There is the occasional mess up with your order but I don’t feel it’s too often.

Emptiness.. the guy who took our order was flying. He was in the clouds. I had suggested to wait at the window as to not be forgotten. Instead I comply with eagerness to get my food. Service varies at different locations. Shallotte McDonalds was not clean. The service was poor. We dined in with our grandchildren. The table had fingerprints and water circles on it. I asked a person for wipes to clean table. We were ignored. There was only 3 staff members visible. I cleaned the table with napkins and hand sanitizer before allowing the kids to eat. Food was not good.
