I love that they have a person that takes your order while waiting in the drive thru line (similiar to Chic fil A). The wait was only 8 min on a Friday at 4pm….I’m impressed. I live in Ft. Lauderdale, FL so it takes FOREVER to get food from other fast food restaurants so I love Zaxbys! I will be back before going back to S. Florida.

I truly understand children have to get more experienced but they keep forgetting things a lot of the time I’ve already left and have to go all the way back for missing items. They play too much while serving so they’re not focused on your order. I hope the manager would be more observent of what is taking place in there.

The five star review is for Albany GA. I wish our Zaxby’s in Columbus GA was good. The Zaxby’s in Albany, GA food was very good. The food was hot and seasoned perfectly. I love the chicken fajita quesadillas. Columbus, GA Zaxby’s is not good. Schomburg Rd location was terrible. The food tasted like day old food and I ordered around 11 am. The Zaxby’s at Kitten Lake is hit or miss. So, I haven’t visited Zaxby’s lately and probably won’t unless I’m in Albany, GA.

The food is always great . I really like the “bone in” traditional wings and things meal-so good . The plate is also loaded with so much to chose from, can definitely be satisfied/full from one plate (wings and things) or even a Zalad-it’s also loaded with goodness . The zalad with fried chicken is good as well. Asking for extra sauce is never a problem here which is great! The drive thru line always seems to be long, but definitely worth the wait.

To whom it may concern, I’ll visit my local Zaby’s in Albany, Georgia on point North when I arrived to the Zaby’s I noticed this signed that stated the wings and things was $10.99. I proceeded to ask the cashier what the price correct the young lady stated yes she proceeded to ring up my order And I noticed that the price did not change to the discount price. The young lady stated that you have to get a manager, but the manager was in a meeting so he sent a supervisor to help I shared with the supervisor what was going on she stated that they could change the price. Happened in in the drive-through as well so I asked her where she going to honor the price. She stated that she could not; so I asked for the GM. He turned to look at me and that’s when the district manager stood up and walked towards me and I share with him. How can he fix this? He said to me that we are not gonna go back-and-forth and I stated to him I wasn’t going back-and-forth. Inquiring how are you gonna honor this price? This District manager stated that he would not honor the price, but would give me a discount, I stated to him this is your establishment I go somewhere else. But let him know customer is not always right, but when you leave up the wrong Price on a menu item you should honor price.
