my man and i were sharing a little gravy for our fries, and there are glass shards in our gravy. Call them to speak to a manager who just said uhh for two whole minutes then offered us a different dressing. i told her no because we were already at the theater in the parking lot. then when i asked if she was a manager she told me not to talk to her “like that” when i wasn’t even rude to her? sorry i’m in shock because there was freaking glass in my mouth girl had a bigger attitude than i did like be so fr.

The line in the drive thru was extremely slow. When I finally got my food the staff were just messing around inside. I got the chicken strip basket. Chicken and fries were old and cold. Only thing edible was the Sundae which was super messy and had whip cream oozing out the lid. Waste of money and won’t be going back

I will let the wait slide, because I know yall are understaffed. The food is consistently amazing!!! You guys do better than, Wendy’s, McDonalds, and Burger King altogether. They could stand to hire more and give the ones that are there some much needed help. I love this place! Thank you so much for never failing me Dairy Queen!

Just had an encounter where my order for a special occasion was not prepared. I have been in the customer service industry most of my life and it really has become a thing of the past. I hope this review finds people well as I was very satisfied with the managers resolution. I really feel like this person takes the idea of treating people the way they would like to be treated.

I just had the worst experience at our Dairy Queen. It began last night when they failed to give me my bank card with the receipt. I called to make sure they had it, indeed they did…whew. So now I need to retrieve my card, should be an easy thing to do, right? The person at the register goes to get the manager, so far so good.
The manager just asked for the name on the card, since she wasn’t asking for my ID to verify, I left out my middle intial when I gave her my name…still no request. I pointed out that is unacceptable to not require id for such a situation (which according to the manager happens often).
I mentioned that I have had the drive thru person walk away from the drive thru window twice. The manager decides to argue and defend employees who clearly made mistakes. I said it would be nice to get an apology for having been put through the hassle. I let her know I’m an amputee and some reassurance this poor practice would be handled. Nothing but a rude attitude, no apology, and had the nerve to tell me to hurry up and leave (learning to walk on my prosthesis), my friend who was with me on both occasions, said she is going as fast as she can, she’s learning.
All of this in front of a dining room full of families!

Not only was our service just awful but the food was all cold and not what we ordered. I don’t appreciate spending $50 to eat out and not getting decent food and service. The only person that redeemed my experience a little was Don. To explain; they were out of both the peppermint bark for the blizzards and cheese curds, which by the way were the only reasons why we went there. But the person who first came to the window told us that they were out of those and then walked away. Then when he came back I asked him “did you say you were out of the cheese curds?” And he sat there playing with a spoon and slowly nodded and walked away again. Don, who I had to go in and ask for his name, was the only one who came to the window and offered any real service. But we didn’t get the lids for the blizzards, a drink carrier which we obviously needed, the stuff we ordered or even a justifiable compensation for replacement. All together I will not be going back and I suggest no one else does if this is how the place is going to be run.

Hope you’re not in a rush since they can only handle one customer start to finish at a time. But don’t worry what they lack in speed they make up for by putting a double amount of condiments except for the cheese on my son’s plain cheeseburger.

This is the worst DQ I’ve ever been to. My large shake, which they messed up and made a small, took 10 minutes to make and it was the only thing I ordered. The car in front of me took 10 minutes. The car behind me didn’t even get their order taken until I’d been waiting at least 5 minutes. The kid taking my order argued with me and didn’t even get my order right. I’d speak to the manager but they obviously don’t care.

Don’t waste your time or your money.

We went to Dairy queen on February 1 2025 it was a special day. After my daughter’s interview we chose as a family to go to Dairy Queen. It was very nice inside wow and clean and stocked all the condiments. The lady that approach was very nice. Very professional had very nice hair. Her name was Eliana. She was very nice. Got our food very fast. It was very hot and fresh. The staff that was working. There was very great at their job. The food was hot fresh and delicious and it looked amazing. The presentation looked amazing. Our blizzards look amazing and taste amazing and fresh. I will come back again with my family again. These people should be recognized.

Yummy, somewhat vegan ice cream. Its sad that most of the menu is meat. I cant really eat here. Everytime I walk in to this location, something always feels off and gloomy. Happy customers. But the workers. Act and talk the robots. Thats ok. I don’t mind that. Just please make some vegan options.
