I ordered sausage, egg, and grits bowl. The first time it came out, it was cold. They brought me a second one that was swimming in grease. I asked for the manager, and was told he was too busy. I asked for a biscuit and gravy, and it was cold. I left hungry. I love Waffle House, and it’s a huge treat to eat at one since I live in Michigan. I have never had such bad service and terrible food at any WH location. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

Was sat down by an older lady and she came off speaking to our group very rude, after that everything was okay and our actual waitress was very nice. However when we received our food No one in the back wearing hairnets and there’s hair in my food so I asked if I could have it remade which they happily fixed for me but they could at least take precaution when cooking our food and start wearing hairnets or hats properly other than that it was ok

I usually go to the WH on 15th Street or the one in Lynn Haven, but was just in Calloway and stopped in for late breakfast. Not real busy at the time. Service was prompt and food was good. I like this location better than the others. Definitely will be back.

Unsure how you manage to both Burn something while leaving it raw? Chopping fried eggs into
“Scrambled” is NOT acceptable. They are completely different in looks, taste, and appearance. Even the Bacon was raw yet had a burnt taste? Hashbrowns look perfect….. BURNT! Clean the GRILL much? Understand busy, understand times are changing….. DO NOT UNDERSTAND Lazy or paying high prices for Simple food for it to be BURNED or RAW.

This place is always busy because the staff is amazing. They provide prompt, friendly service. They are just the nicest people. Several of the employees have been here for years and it’s why we come back. The food and coffee were delicious. Thanks for a great breakfast.

I went here for the first time yesterday. I went to sit in a booth and a server sneezed in her hands, wiped them with a napkin and then proceeded to pick up clean silverware with her hands. My sister never even sat down. We walked out. I will never visit this place again.
