The moment I took a bite of the bread,
I instantly felt like I was in France — that was hands down the most satisfying part of the meal. Highly recommend, number one!
The steak was surprisingly amazing — way better than expected.
The seafood was decent,
nothing too special but solid overall.

Came here for brunch.

Our waiter said the Short Rib “Hash” or Royale with Cheese and French Toast is the popular picks.

I went with the Royale with Cheese. It was good but the bacon made it too salty. I had to drink lots of water counter the saltiness. The fries were really good. It’s fried with duck fat. I like that the tin that the fries were placed in, it was warm so it kept the fries warm.

I go the French Toast $28, it was so delicious!! The butter was mildly sweet and super light. I loved the almond sauce! It was so good mixed with the butter and bread. Topping it off with the crispy almond bite. So good. I got the foie gras with added $19 more and told them to place it on the side. I think you don’t need it. I spread it on the toast. It was ok. Not nothing really special. Not sure how it would have tasted if I didn’t tell them to put it on the side. However, after a couple bites into eating the French Toast, it was a bit overly too sweet for me.

Our server was not attentive. She basically put our order and was done. Never checked on us once! Not once! Only after we called for our check, she gave our check.

Not packed at all on a Friday brunch time.

Located inside Aria Hotel.

Restroom: inside the restaurant

Parking is paid weekdays and weekends. Since we stayed at Park MGM, we just left the car there and walked. Park MGM is connected to ARIA. So walking is not bad. No need to walk out of the building.
Note: parking at PARK MGM —weekdays $20, weekends $25

Honestly, we picked this place because it was the only one left with available reservations. So we had our doubts. But after eating here we honestly don’t understand why. Our experience here was awesome. Excellent food at a good price and fantastic service. It was quiet so we were actually able to hear each other talk.

To start, we had the La Peche Mode drink. It was very smooth with just a touch of sweet and sour. I would definitely get it again. I’d recommend it if you like mixed drinks that aren’t strong on alcohol.

We had the caviar deviled eggs, French onion soup and butter lettuce salad with reddish. The French onion soup was the best I’ve had. I got the a with truffle and lamb. Wow! The deviled eggs were tasty, each served with black caviar. We loved it.

Well worth going.

We had reservations for a party of 8. People loved the French Onion Soup and Roasted Chicken. One member of our group is gluten free and he was able to safely eat almost a everything from the menu. The pork chops were dryer than we preferred. We were celebrating birthdays and were given complimentary dessert which was delicious. The menu is pretty limited which is why I might not return.

Bardot Brasserie is located on the 2nd level Promenade in Aria. It exudes parisien ambience. The Escargot starter is beautiful, it comes with a nice warm baguette. The food just went downhill from there… The Croissant Benedict is prepared with a toasted half croissant, topped with spinach and poached egg slathered with bernaise sauce with a side of 2 hash brown cubes. Even with the added ham, the dish is rather simple and underwhelming. The Crepe Madame has similar presentation and taste as the Benedict, again with plenty of sauce. Royale with Cheese (not quarter pounder w/ cheese as in Pulp Fiction) is a very pricey burger with the addition of bacon (not pork belly) to the patty plus dijonnaise instead of ketchup with the side of fries. All in all, it was an overpriced and unmemorable brunch affair.

It’s been a min since we last came here but at that time brunch was pretty decent. We ordered escargot, French toast, and chocolate macaron. We ordered another item but it’s no longer on the current menu. The escargot was okay, pretty puffy until you dig in. I did wish there was more filling inside for the price. The French toast was delicious. It was huge so it’s big enough to share. I liked the almond brittle with the French toast and vanilla mascarpone. It helped balance the flavors. The chocolate macaron was definitely very shareable. You can easily split this with like 2-3 people. It was sweet but not as rich as Dubai chocolate. Service was good. Prices are of course expensive. You do get good size portions for some of the items.
