This is a well oiled machine! I saw the low ratings and got a little worried but decided to go anyways, well worth it! We went on a busy Friday night, the ordering process was quick and our clerk was prompt. We ordered 2 smash burger meals, hotdogs and shakes. The food came out in about 10 minutes! I was pleasantly surprised by this. For the food – absolute 10’s across the board. Probably the best Sonic I’ve been to in years, the turned this ship 100% around.

Had very mid to bad food here. Either the speaker system is wack or an employee didn’t hear me because my pop didn’t come dirty as I asked it to be. Friend got the pickle meal. Firstly, the price wasn’t advertised on the screen and came as a surprise when we ordered- $16?! For a burger, fries, and gross drink. For $16, we wish we’d just gone to a real restaurant. Secondly, the burger/fries were okay at best. The pickle drink was not good at all.
Also, I got a pretzel, which is pictured with cheese sauce on the menu. I didn’t get any cheese sauce. Why put it in the picture if it’s not going to come with?
The Chik-Fil-A next door would never serve up this bad of an experience. Do yourself a favor and just go there instead.

I’ve been to the Sonic in Bridgeville several times for both lunch and dinner, hoping things would improve, but unfortunately the same issues keep happening.
The drive-thru menu and speaker system are in really rough shape. It looks damaged, and it’s extremely hard to hear the employee taking the order, which makes the experience frustrating right from the start.
What’s disappointing is that I truly love Sonic’s food—especially the burgers—but every single time I visit, the food arrives cold. I honestly don’t understand how it can be that cold on every visit.
I’m sharing this because I want to keep coming back. I don’t want to have to choose another place to eat. Please consider fixing the drive-thru speaker system and addressing the food temperature issues.

Have been to this location many times. Honestly it can be hit/miss previously but tonight was perfect! From patient order taker to food quality everything was on point. Would highly suggest the staff makes tonight the standard to follow. We are big fans and will be back! Highly recommend

This location usually has great food. We opened our food and this was what was served. How this made it out of the kitchen is a mystery. It is supposed to be a Frito chili cheese wrap. More like a Frito chili cheese bite. Please do better.

So me and my daughter were at this store on November 14th between noon and 1 o’clock.We ordered waited a half hour and no food. So I asked if we were still getting our food. They said they would have it out, well 15 minutes later we got our food. The lady that brought the food out was very nice and apologized for the mix up. But the thing that makes me angry is she said she was refunding my meals. Well it’s been two weeks and no refund.

Terrible horrible experience had to order 3 separate time and still they got it wrong. No sauces for anything and they listen to nothing. Food was terrible. Forgot items back to back. Also they put my items separately just so id pay more. Don’t go here. Sonic is nothing like it use to be!

Ordered DoorDash from here today around 1:00pm. I got a small cheeseburger with lettuce/ketchup, and a cherry limeade. Few hours later I felt really sick. Will not go into detail but food poisoning. My significant other is also very sick from the meat. Please check your meat!
