Worst experience ever at this Bojangles. They told me to pull up to curbside and said they would bring my order out. I waited over 30 minutes nobody came out, nobody updated me, nothing. After sitting there forever, I finally had to go inside and pick up my own food.
This is terrible management and completely unorganized service. If you can’t run curbside properly, don’t offer it. Wasted my time for no reason. Definitely the worst-run Bojangles I’ve ever been to.
Once a week either myself or my spouse will order anywhere from 4-6 bo-berries with extra extra EXTRA butter and icing. Only two times out of around 12 times have we actually gotten extra butter and icing that we paid for. Why am I leaving a bad review? I am a customer, I pay for extra butter and icing, even with me paying for it, I never get it. When I open them and check before leaving, I always point it out and very kindly ask for the extra icing and butter to be put on my bo berries. Three times now, I have been told that I get what I get and don’t pitch a fit, that even after paying for extra and getting less than a normal order would get, I’m still going to receive a dry empty bo berry with almost nothing on it, but they will charge me extra!
I usually only have this issue with first shift by the way. If I order in the morning and they screw me over and refuse to fix it, I usually have to wait until second shift, then they will fix it and are very kind. It’s sad I have to wait for shift change and spend 15$ in gas to get my order fixed WEEKLY. First shift is the problem! Second shift always fixes first shifts bs.
What makes things crappy about this, those biscuits are for a family that lives very far from town, they are not mobile and the mom is in a wheelchair. They can’t get up and drive the 18 mins to town weekly to fix an order they paid for. I do get tired of the attitude and shittyness when I point it out to first shift, and them still not fixing it so we have been going to McDonald’s and ordering the pies lately. We would love to come back and get our biscuits but it seems even when paying for extra, you won’t get it and will catch grief for asking.
If a customer pays for extra, give them extra! I took a picture from today’s order and will try to attach it to this review. This was the least amount of icing we ever received and the most we have ever been charged. We paid for extra, argued and still didn’t get it. This order was supposed to last us the week but again, they probably won’t get ate due to almost no icing and butter on them. We are sick of spending money for something we can’t get unless we wait for second shift to arrive! I want to make it clear that second shift is not the issue! They always fix it when first shift does this and if we ordering during second shift we always get extra and are treated well!
