Hi, my name is Jessica I went to CICIS for the first time on Saturday the 21st between the hours of 8pm and 10p. The staff was ABSOLUTELY amazing between the manager who had the grey shirt on and the workers on the floor. Everyone was very professional and kind. The food was great 10 out of 10. Sincere who was such a pleasant young man and made sure my family and everyone was okay. Everyone on the floor was great another young man came around about every 20 minutes to pick up any food that was done for everyone. Very clean and professional, if I may so myself. I also enjoyed seeing some of the staff take a quick break break . It’s not easy standing on your feet for hours. Great job CICIS, that staff that night were all amazing. Me and my family will be back.

There’s almost never a full pizza when we go, everything is almost empty. Don’t get me wrong it’s good but there’s always something missing whether it’s pizza, pasta, lemon juice or cheese sauce. As for the games, half of them don’t work. The zombie game has only one working shooter and unfortunately it wasn’t labeled that only one works, we ended up wasting our credit on it. The basketball game doesn’t keep track of your score and the racing game is always down. Don’t spend your money on the card for games, not worth it!

We visit tonight and it was really busy. For some reason the 2 younger guys they had cleaning the table stop cleaning tables and disappeared. After we got done getting our food we started walking around to find a seat we noticed that there were a lot of empty tables with cups and plates still on them . We were very confuse. Didn’t know if people were coming back to those tables or what. Then we saw a spray bottle and dish rag sitting at one of the tables and that’s when it clicked that there were no clean tables available for us. I had to literally grab the dish rag and spray myself and start cleaning a table off for my family and ending up wasting my drink in the process because I was so confused as to why we even had to do that. I told the cashier up front and she got it taken care of.

Not 1 fresh pizza was made the entire time we were there. All the pizzas that were out were cold. The staff was 4 teenage boys and a teenage girl. The girl and boys were only worried about messing with each other. I order a pizza so I could have something decent to eat. After 30 minutes I had to go back up and ask again bc they didn’t do it the first time. The manager was no where in sight. Only saw him once come out from the back. I sure called corporate and filed a complaint. Waiting on a call back from the corporate office. Totally unacceptable.

If I could rate a ZERO I WOULD. The only part of customer service that was ok was my order being taken. If I am paying full price why is this the only choices that I have. You don’t even have your normal options up. When asked for something that is usually there. Then you wanna act as if I am bothering you and then it took 25 mins to get a beef pizza. No I did not wait until the last min to go there. This is what it looked like at 630. Buffet closes at 830.

Wow what a drop off in the establishment. For a buffet I think the photo will speak for itself. If I could of gave it a negative star I would of. Normal Sunday 6pm-7pm. Not once did a single dessert get put out. If it weren’t for the couple of pizzas then no pizzas would of been put out neither. You could clearly tell ALL the customers were greatly disappointed. Unless your coming to watch TV I’d say go else where. If your going to eat expect to leave hungry.
