More like a 2.5. Not very welcoming upon entering. Food came out rather fast. The pork was really salty, brisket was a bit dry and the ribs were delicious. Baked beans, Mac and cheese, and corn were really good. Green beans and fries were mid. Most the sauces were good as well. Seating area isn’t the most comfy, especially with the meat cutting guy chopping the food all loud while people were trying to order. If I come back, it will only be for the ribs to go.

Enjoyed the food. Over two different visits, had
Pulled pork sandwich (lean and they cut in half for us (we were sharing because we wanted to try the sides)
Beans (husband said they were great)
Cole slaw (both liked – a little sweet)
Broccoli salad – delicious, more dressing than preferred but easy to “drain”)
Green beans and carrots (delicious, probably more butter than realized but still delicious and beans were still a little crunchy like they should be. Not the mushy stuff many ” faster food” places serve)
Cornbread – warm, delicious, not too sweet and not dry
Great choices on sauces
It was louder (the on during NFL playoffs) and cold (we should have satnina different place in the restaurant).
Employees all friendly and helpful.
Went back twice in one week. Going again!

Awesome BBQ. Everything is flavorful, great service friendly, and welcoming. Everything was hot, and take out was easy. A little pricey, but everything around us is going up. I do recommend anyone stop by and give them a try.

We hired Sharko’s to cater our wedding and they were simply amazing! We started with a tasting and after trying the food, we knew immediately that we needed them for our dinner service! They offer all sorts of extras besides just the food, bussing service, bartender, chef carving stations, cocktail hour service and even real dishes. My wife is gluten free and my niece is celiac so food allergy’s are very serious to us and Sharko’s did a wonderful job at making sure everything was safe. They had my niece go up for food among the first people to avoid cross contamination and had a separate plate of food prepared and set aside for her in case she wanted seconds. The day of the wedding, the food tasted even better than we remembered! Various guests described the food as “amazing”, “straight fire”, “absolutely delicious” and I heard quite a few “OH MY GOD” being said. Thank you so much!

Our very favorite barbecue place, anywhere in the country! They have the best Sassy sauce, amazing pork and chicken, and the best side dishes! We moved to TX for part of the year and still bring back their sauces every time since we can’t find anything in TX as good, even though TX is known for its BBQ! Every time we’re back in town we always get a big Sharko’s meal with all our extended family. Service is always great and our kids love the little ice cream cones after dinner! Thank you!

First time visiting and it was amazing. 100% recommend. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable when we asked several questions. Their recommendations were spot on. The atmosphere was really cool. We liked the décor and the outdoor dining was nice to have. Bathrooms were really clean. It caught our eye from the road so we swung in and tried a little bit of their Rib’s, Brisket, Pulled Pork and the Brisket Grilled cheese. The sauces and dry rub seasoning were delicious. Not a single complaint from any of us and to top it off… Free Ice cream. Can’t get much better than that. Thank you.

Would not visit again, not good bbq at all, food was served room temp, Mac and cheese barely had flavor and the only saving grace for brisket was that it wasn’t fatty. The sauces tasted similar and did not have much flavor aside from sweet or tangy. Service was decent and atmosphere was clean.

– Sliced brisket (OK brisket. Good flavors, but most of the bark was cut away as a result of lack of trimming before it goes in the smoker)
– Pulled pork sandwich (Good bun, good pulled pork)
– Texas hot link (OK flavors. A bit dry and not heated all the way through)
– Mac’n Cheese (good, above average Mac’n Cheese)
– Garlic mashed potatoes (your average mashed potato – nothing fancy, but good)
– Housemade brownie (best part of the meal for sure – rich, juicy and well portioned)
