We stopped in for dinner on a Saturday in January. The store is spacious and clean. We like that each location has a unique mural. It’s fun to figure out what it means. The staff was very friendly. It wasn’t busy at all. We ordered 4 sandwiches, drinks and sides. We also used the bathroom. The bathrooms were very clean. We like the freestyle drink machine because it offers so much. We ended up mixing the unsweet tea with the strawberry lemonade (fresh not freestyle) and it was great. We all enjoyed our sandwiches. I always get the Hook and Ladder. We like that Firehouse donates a percentage to first responders. It feels good to support the cause.

Mention to light colored 6-10 inch blonde or light brown hair that was BAKED into the soggy wheat bread. Baked into it. I couldn’t even pull the hair out. I had to break the break down and that’s when I threw it away learning it was indeed a long hair baked into the bun. Disgusting and absolutely gross. Check number 1000188. Will never eat or order from this restaurant ever again. Also a local that lived on Wade green and will let everyone else know also. Gross and shame on your firehouse

Ordered in the app at 12:38. Order said ready at 12:50. I watched many people come in after I placed the order and get their food, so after 12:52, I decided to check. They had no record of my order. Then the manager wanted to act like because it hadn’t come through yet, then couldn’t make it. It was after 12:55, and I showed them my receipt email and in the app. Finally got it after 1:02. Kind of upset I waited almost 30 minutes and they were being hesitant about making it. Would have been nice to offer a drink or size upgrade or something at least for the long wait. Owner is very rude and condescending, doesn’t care about customer experience. “We’re trying our best” he says. Soda machine out of most options, won’t allow slight customization of meal (cut up meat on sandwich), female line cook very condescending and rude as well, rolling her eyes while making sandwiches. Indinan lady was not wearing hairnet/hat/visor while handling food behind the line. Always have had positive experiences at firehouse subs, unfortunately this owner ruined this location experience.

I always have a great experience at Firehouse Subs! The staff is super friendly and the sandwiches are consistently fresh and delicious. You can really taste the quality in the meats and bread, and I love how everything is made to order. The portions are generous, and the hot subs are packed with flavor. The restaurant is always clean, and I appreciate the quick service even when it’s busy. Definitely one of my go-to spots for a great lunch!
