This place is horrible, the service is awful, the food has no taste, the cashier girl was unfriendly and rude, it’s 7.30 pm and they’re ready to close and got mad because we wanna use the tables and have a drink.

I am writing this review to formally document a serious breakdown in customer service that occurred during the evening of 12/15/2026. My family entered the store well before closing and simply requested a sandwich. We were met with dismissive and rude behavior from staff, including a refusal to prepare food because the grill had already been cleaned approximately 60 minutes before closing. This was followed by disrespectful communication directed toward my family.

This behavior is unacceptable and reflects a clear failure in staff training, accountability, and leadership. Closing procedures should never override customer service during posted operating hours, and no customer should be spoken to in a disrespectful manner: especially when making a standard request.

I strongly recommend the Franchise Owner or General Manager immediately:
• Retrain staff on customer service standards and expectations
• Reinforce proper closing procedures that prioritize customers until closing time
• Address professionalism, accountability, and respectful communication
• Reassess whether the current team is aligned with the values and expectations of the brand

For the employees working that evening, I would encourage serious self-reflection on why you accepted a customer-facing role and whether you are committed to delivering professional service.

I was previously a loyal customer, but based on this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere. This situation was avoidable, and with proper leadership and standards, it should not happen again.

Do better. Customers deserve a higher level of service.

I had a pretty bad service experience here. The food itself was fine, no complaints there. The issue was the service. The woman who served us barely spoke up, had an attitude, no smile at all, was forgetful, slow, and overall very inefficient. It felt like we were an inconvenience rather than customers. This place really needs to work on customer service because it took away from what should’ve been a good visit at Jersey Mike’s.

writing this while i’m waiting for my mobile order that i made well over 30 minutes ago. people have been in and out, and when my boyfriend kindly advised them of our order, the young lady mumbled under her breath, like what? a customer tried making conversation with the employees and they didn’t even acknowledge the poor man. i understand they are short staffed but this is no way to treat customers. very unprofessional. this is my second time coming here and i’ll likely never come here again

Ew. What a disgusting and disgraceful experience. This man that is the “general manager”… No welcoming anything, No gloves, No name tag.
You need to seek Jesus. From the second me and my mother and baby walked through those doors he was the rudest person we have ever encountered. I’ll leave it here. Treat people the way you want to be treated. It stinks in that location and as much as we enjoy is some Jersey Mike’s I recommend to everyone else a different location. Recognize yourself as if you were the next person. It’s never that serious to be that rude to women. He was very rude to me and my mother about a darn sandwich coupon and a drink we couldn’t even purchase because of his poor customer service.

I advise people not order from or eat at this location. What a disgusting amd disgraceful expierience. The supposed General Manager Man at this location with no name tag would rather disrespect women amd argue over a sub coupon and drink infront of children. He failed all customer service protocols even infront of his own employee. I have never been so humiliated at a Jersey Mike’s in my entire life.

This might be the worst jersey mikes I’ve been to. They have 12 people in line and an employee napping at a table. The alter their process and act like it’s my fault that I expected them to have the same process every time. Just poorly run. Need a new manager/GM asap

Idk if it was the location but this was definitely the nastiest sandwich I’ve ever had. Meat was excessive and on top of that had absolutely no flavor. At one point I was wondering if I was eating undercooked meat it was so bad. Had the same exact sandwich at another location yesterday and it tasted so much better. $11 wasted
