The service was excellent, employees were quickly, and didn’t even wait that long in the drive-through for our order once it was placed. The food itself at Panera has just changed over the years and honestly not for the better. Soup always seems so watered down and tasteless. Soups are always lacking seasoning. Temperature of the soup we ordered was hot, it’s just the flavor and how watered down/thin it is. The guava lemonade was decent, not something I had to order again, price was pretty high in my opinion. Sandwich was just OK, nothing special, especially for what you pay. Overall, Panera just isn’t like it used to be. This location seems to be run really well, staff was super friendly, service was quick. Everything was made properly. Exterior of the building looks to be in good shape.

I ordered two sandwiches at the drive up today and requested no arugula on either. When I got home and opened them they were both loaded with arugula. Last time I ordered broccoli cheese soup at the drive up. It was so thin it might as well have been water, and had no flavor. It seems they really don’t care about quality or customer requests. There is no point in patronizing a business the obviously isn’t concerned with customer satisfaction.

Got the French onion soup with a bread bowl and a chai latte. For starters, the soup was in a small container with barely any cheese. Then the soup didn’t fill the bread bowl, and my 16oz latte was like getting a 12oz all for $14.31. Safe to say I will not be returning.

The facility was confusing with some items picked up at one counter location and others picked up at a different counter. Self served items like straws and knapkins were at still another area. There were no signs to guide you and there were tall partitions in the dining area that blocked customer views of these areas.

My Husband & I both enjoy their broccoli cheddar soup with chopped broccoli, shredded carrots, & select seasonings simmered in a velvety smooth cheese sauce. I love that you can order your soup in a bread bowl. Sides include kettle-cooked potato chips, French baguette, Apple, Summer Fruit Cup filled with pineapple, cantaloupe, strawberries, & blueberries. They also offer tomato basil cucumber salad with sliced grape tomatoes, & sliced cucumbers tossed in Greek dressing with fresh basil & sea salt. My Husband enjoys their toasted steak & white cheddar sandwich that includes grass-fed beef, aged white cheddar, pickled red onions, & horseradish sauce on an Artisan Ciabatta bun. I enjoyed their turkey sandwich that includes oven-roasted turkey breast raced without antibiotics, emerald greens, vine-ripened tomatoes, red onions, mayo, spicy mustard, salt & pepper on rustic sourdough bread. My Husband & I also enjoy their lemon drop cookies, kitchen sink cookies, everything bagels, brownies, chive & onion cream cheese, & their drinks.

This is the second time I’ve had issues with this Panera bread restaurant. The first time I had an issue, I ordered a Chicken Cesar Salad and by the time I got home (20 minutes away), I realized they forgot the chicken. I called and informed them and they promised to comp my Panera account with a half priced whole salad, but they never did. Most recently, I gave them another chance. I placed my order and got almost all the way home again before realizing they forgot my drinks. I called to inform them and was promised they would comp my account again with free drinks on my next visit, still didn’t get that either. I’m done ordering from this specific Panera, because of their forgetfulness and horrible customer service after they mess up orders.

The young lady that waited on us was fantastic. when she was taking orders she was cleaning the dinning area. I told her that this is the first time I had ever seen staff cleaning in the dinning area. I told her that she needed a raise. So please give her one.

Got a grilled cheese to go and drove a few minutes down the road and realized it wasn’t a grilled cheese. I turned around and showed it to an employee who then directed me to a MICROWAVE! I insisted that they remade it, and eventually, they did.
