Went in just now to get a caramel frappe & two orders of chicken nuggets. My family lives super close, but for the past few years, we would go all the way to the Zachary McDonalds because this McDonalds was horrible and I mean it. Today it was so amazing. I had to wait a little longer for my frappe because of the machine, but the lady taking care of me kept assuring me it would be out soon. She was so kind, energetic, and attentive. And the lady who was in the charge of the shift was doing an amazing job getting orders out, and being so stern but KIND with the way she talked to her staff. It was admirable, and I was like dang, am I sure I’m at a McDonald’s this service was great. And I loved my frappe and nuggets

Woman working the drive thru was amazing. She was polite, courteous and had a beautiful voice. I didnt get her name but she was wearing purple eye liner with matching lipstick. Also, she mentioned that she walks over an hour to work.

The absolute worst meal ever! It doesn’t even rate one star! Cost $18.40 for 2 Big Mac Meals, the fries were barely warm, greasy and one container was half full! The Big Mac had so much “special” sauce I couldn’t keep the burger together, it kept slipping apart til I had to remove the middle bun entirely! The top bun was something completely new and it did not enhance the taste, if anything, it ruined my already dead Big Mac! I’m 68, disabled, live on Disability and my son came to stay with me because of the freezing cold weather! I thought it would be nice to treat him to a burger and fries from McDonald’s! $18.40 isn’t a lot of money in the scheme of things, but for seniors on disability, that’s a lot! I was and still am, so disappointed! We could have had Ramen soup for nothing and I promise you it would have beat McDonald’s ten times over! This will be my last meal from McDonald’s! The employees obviously don’t have any pride in their job or care about their customers! This is a management problem, because the manager should be aware of what’s happening in their store! It makes me sad because the cost of a nasty burger and awful fries is outrageous! At 68 years, I’m still learning things and this lesson…throw your $18 bucks out the window! It will make someone’s day and maybe buy themselves a meal! And I won’t be sad about wasting my money at McDonald’s!

Worst restaurant experience in Baker.
The customer service is extremely poor. When you walk in, no one speaks not even the manager. Employees are playing around and using profanity while customers are inside the store which is completely unprofessional. The staff, mostly very young workers are disrespectful and rude. This location is in serious need of stronger management and better training. This type of behavior is unacceptable.

Had to get my food remake because it was wrong, the second time, the order was right however the burger tasted extremely salty. I opened the burger and it was loaded with salt and pepper. They were upset they had to make the order over. Very unprofessional

Terrible experience. Placed a pick up order and waited on my food while sitting in the pickup parking spot for more than 10 minutes. Went inside to get my food only to see it sitting on the counter just sitting there. Not only was my food cold my sandwich was made all sloppy. This is my second bad experience. Definitely will not come back to this location.

Worst place ever! The whole store is rude and unprofessional. Took almost 8 minutes just to order the food for the cashier to argue that she “meal dealed” the food to be charged $80 for 6 basic meals. When I brought up the issue the cashier just walked away like she couldn’t be bothered. My family and I just walked out. This place is the worst!

No concern what so ever on visit. Couldn’t even get proper change. Gave them a 20.00 bill .they had no change. Was told to give me quarters out of the rest of my change. Told the employee to give me my money back and cancelled the order. Additude was horrible
