After waiting well, over 20 minutes for food when the food came out, it was made very quickly very sloppy and not properly. The bottom ends of all my tacos fell out because they weren’t properly made and were given shells that weren’t whole shells. I asked for a refund and they refused to give me one so I was forced to wait longer for my food and it wasn’t even that good. Me and my friend went to this taco bell they had 10 minutes till closing, of course we felt bad but they were still open and can give us food, we went to the drive threw, no one answered, we sadly went around again, hoping they would actually pick our order up, we the pulled to the drive threw praying someone would alcnolweded us after being ignored, they then proceeded to continue running around untill one female worker come to the window and said we are closed, i simply stated that they don’t close for another 6 minutes at this point, then she proceeded to say we cannot take your order and she wants to go home the proceeded to shut the window in our face, me and my friend then drove us sadly still felling hungry., i’m sad that this taco bell could not fulfill my needs. i hope the staff takes closing shifts more seriously, and actually work untill closing…

Ordered drive thru about half past 11pm after work. I ordered 3 items, 2 modified and a drink. I paid $25. Am I mad? No way! The champagne I got was the best I ever had. The crunchwrap was done right. The chicken strip burrito… well, I haven’t even gotten there yet, but I had to rave about the first two. Good job night shift!

This lady is the rudest most unprofessional “supervisor” I have ever seen and she runs business from this location like heat melts the snow. Never again… and actually since u guys took forever to get my doordash order done I wanted to try to order a burrito for myself and pay for it myself obviously but I was rudely told I cant by this lady. Get off ur high horse and make people’s tacos. When. U hungry u want to eat so did but I wasn’t doing anything but waiting on ur establishment to my the order submitted 15 mins prior… have the day u deserve.

This has to be the worst Taco Bell experience I have had. The young lady who took my order had great customer service however my actual order was terrible. I ordered a Mexican pizza no beans extra beef. First off there was hardly any beef in the inside of the pizza and no cheese on top. The food was just thrown together. When I’m not understanding because there was no line at all. So Once I got home I called and spoke with the manager who stated we put the extra beef on the top of the pizza. Why would that even be an option? Then he states you can come back and we remake it for you. I’m all the way home I’m not going back out. Then he proceeds to say well next time you’re in the area say my name and I’ll get you another one. There was no apologies or offer for a refund. I’m very disappointed. Especially being charged for extra and not receiving it.

This was my wife’s nacho bell grande without tomatoes and xtra cheese. The other also had no extra cheese. I ordered an unsweetened tea and it was sweetened. How many ways can a group of employees mess up an order? I forgot, There was no creamy jalapeño on the crunch wrap. How can you make this right…or will you even bother? How much do these hacks get paid? What happens when you ask them about it? What if they paid for this meal and someone did such a terrible job at getting their orders correct? They weren’t even busy!!!! Grrrrrr!!!!

I ordered the Discovery Luxe Box with the crispy chicken burrito and when I got home to my surprise I discovered there was no crispy chicken in the burrito! I went back over there driving in the dark. BTW: I don’t drive at night. I told them about the snafu and they made the burrito, this time with the crispy chicken . I wasn’t offered a refund, more food, nor any kind of compensation for my inconvenience. How would they like to start eating dinner and had to stop because they didn’t get what they paid for and ordered?
