I have been on a mission to try famous chicken fingers around my area and my friend recommended this place. I have to say that this is probably the best chicken tender among all I have tried. I order half grilled and half fried and both are good. The grilled one was tender and flavorful in contrast to many places that the grilled tender tends to be worse as most places focus on the fried ones. The fried one has a bit more flour than others but not overwhelming and I like it. The meat is juicy and tender and the crust is crispy and flavorful. They have sauce bar that we can choose. I like the signature, honey mustard, and Korean bbq. The fries are a bit too salty for me and I think because they cut it thinly, I find it absorbs the oil quite a lot (and maybe salt as well). I prefer a but thicker fried that I can still taste the potato inside and the crisp outside. I also try their frozen custard (flavor of the week was strawberry swirl) and I love it as well. I appreciate that they have a single scoop option for people who want to enjoy some sugar but cant eat a whole lot. The cashier staff was new but friendly. The store is well-kept and clean. Will definitely come back and spread the word about this place

The overall experience was good but not worth the price. There are a handful of chicken places popping up in the area and they seem to be getting more expensive. Nothing was included in a meal and all sides/drinks had to be purchased separately. The Cole Slaw pictured was $4 just for reference. Don’t get me wrong, it was good, just overpriced. They also had a big selection of sauces at your disposal with no charge.

We finally decided to try Super Chix after passing by it so many times, but unfortunately our first visit really missed the mark.
The biggest issue was the food quality. The chicken was extremely hard — both of my kids said it was impossible to chew and after spending $44 on dinner- they left the meal hungry. I ordered the deluxe chicken sandwich and the chicken was soggy, and the bun completely fell apart while eating it. I also tried the tenders and noticed hard, rubbery pieces, along with some areas that were purple, which was very off-putting. The only item we all enjoyed was the loaded fries.
Customer service was also lacking. When we walked in, no one greeted us. The employee taking our order did not acknowledge or confirm what I was saying and instead gave sarcastic looks. I signed up for the app and tried to use my reward for free fries. Even though I ordered loaded fries and was willing to pay the difference, they refused to apply the reward. When I asked to speak to someone about it, they rolled their eyes and said no.
On a positive note, the restaurant itself was clean with plenty of seating. However, the screamo-style music playing in the background didn’t really match the modern, family-friendly vibe the restaurant seems to be going for.
Overall, we really wanted to like this place since it’s close to our home, but there are some serious improvements needed — especially when it comes to food quality and customer service.

Excellent chicken sandwich and fries. Chicken patty was huge but not fatty and a good breading. Lots of buffalo/ranch sauce on my buffalo Chicken. Fries were really good, definitely what I would consider real fries by the taste and texture. I really liked the sauce bar where you can also get all the difference sauces you want. Could be my new go to for a chicken sandwich.

Great food. I like that you can get your own sauces and they let you have much as you want. Another chicken place down the street only gives you 2 sauce choices or they will charge you more. “Slim” chance I will go back there when I can get better food and sauces here anyway. 🙂

Rarely do I leave a fast food place these days feeling genuinely impressed, but Super Chix in Riverton completely nailed it. I came in a bit later on a Sunday expecting the usual end-of-shift vibes, but the staff was super friendly, helpful, and patient – a noticeable standout compared to the norm. Major credit to whoever made the hiring decisions. This crew genuinely deserves a praise for how well they treat customers with such respect.
I was craving a grilled chicken sandwich and went for the cordon bleu option – and wow. Fresh, flavorful, and way above fast food quality. The fries were perfectly salted and seasoned, and I loved that they had a solid variety of sauces right by the drink station. I capped it off with their custard and yep, it was incredible and I highly recommend it.
Totally exceeded expectations. I’ll be back often.

Such a great experience for my first time at Super Chix. The service was outstanding,

The black pepper rosemary fries were good, but a bit too salty, while the sweet fries were “interesting”..The fried avocado could be better without the gob of cheese in the center. But, my, oh my, the custard pints to go were the golden gems. So delicious! One of my new favorite food places.

Decided to give this place a try. We were not disappointed! Each piece of chicken was JUICY and crisped PERFECTLY! I had the Cordon Bleu sandwich which was awesome! The combo of flavors with the soft butter bun, perfect chicken, savory ham, melty Swiss cheese sauce and the honey mustard was insanely good. The kids meal option made my toddler happy because he got to choose each of the components.
Will definitely be coming back.
