I often come in when Brittany is serving and absolutely love her service! She is so polite and happens to remember my order by memory. Any time I come in she’s quick to help me and starts my food right as i sit down. Pancakes are always so yummy and come very quickly. Even when I come in right after work at 7 a.m the waitresses are always in an upbeat mood. Highly recommend as the best breakfast local to Santaquin

The food was decent, nothing extraordinary but satisfying enough for a casual meal. What really stood out was the excellent service—the staff were attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed promptly. However, the interior of the restaurant felt quite underwhelming; the decor was plain and lacked character, which made the overall atmosphere less inviting than I had hoped. A bit more effort in the ambiance could really elevate the dining experience.

We were 1 of 3 tables at 5:00 pm. Service was terrible. We waited for 10 minutes before the server took our order. We ordered our food immediately after the table next to us. Their food came out after 15 minutes. Our food came out 15 minutes later. The food was luke-warm and the hash browns were burned. The check came at 6:25.

We love to come to IHOP on the weekend. Amanda is always so kind to us. She knows my husband’s order and wait for me to decide what I want for the night. She is always kind and thoughtful. She’s good to all the customers that come in. She never seems frazzled or stressed. I appreciate the way she always takes care of us and it brings us back each week.

Well, payson IHOP was not remotely busy. They only had one server who, I don’t believe has any of the skills required to be a good server. She didn’t smile. She didn’t offer any suggestions. She didn’t seem as though she was remotely happy to be working there. IHOP has really turned into a freaky eatery since I ate there in 1984. I will not be going back to IHOP any time soon. The booth I was seated at had a ripped cushion. I feel so disappointed in what the house of Pancakes has become. It’s so sad. To whomever owns and operates the Payson Utah location, please do better. I am not only disappointed in the service and food quality, I’m disgusted in the way you’re performing for your employees. Please do better. Make your staff happy and they will do a better job for you. Keep up being a mediocre owner, and one day you won’t own the store anymore. Please get your act together.

The food is prepared right and cooked throughout. A couple of other locations would only cook one side of their French toast, but this was great. The strawberry syrup on their French toast isn’t to sweet and is great.

As soon as we got there they received us with a smile and good service! Our waiter was fast and always made sure we were doing good and seeing if we needed anything else!! She was also very friendly and nice!!! Food was great and service was great !!!
