The food was good but nothing special. When we received our food it wasn’t very warm. The service was good but the lady taking our order wouldn’t put a side of cheese to the side like in a little cup. She said it had to go on the food. Which I found awkward. The Sopapilla were great!!

Service is lousy! Who waits almost an hour for 3 stuffed sopapillas? If one was on their lunch hour, they would definitely be late getting back. They cared more about their drive thru customers than they did customers inside. Everyone was complaining. Quality and service is down.

The food is good but the service really sucks. The employees have very poor attitudes. Seems like they don’t even want to work. Im sure back in their heyday they would be worth 5 stars all around but this is the second time I’ve come here and ther service sucked. Mostly like won’t be returning. Not to mention had to wait 10 minutes for one Gordita.

I grew up in Las Cruces and now reside in AZ. I had somebody bring me green Chile cheese tamales for our Christmas dinner. So very disappointed. It was all masa, maybe had 5 pieces of Chile and no cheese whatsoever. Paid over $60 for 3 dozen and threw them all out. I will not be back ever.

The young lady working the drive thru window in the evening by the name of Danielle is extremely rude and the female who answered the phone so I could discuss my negative experience ( at the drive thru) was also very rude and argumentative and refused to give me her name. I’m a long time customer, but I will no longer patronize their business. They need training on customer etiquette because this has been an ongoing issue ever since Danielle started working the drive thru.
