Food: The food was a little greasy, but not overly so — the beefy flavors stood out nicely, and nothing felt too salty, which is a common complaint at other locations.
Service: Out of many cross-country stops, this McDonald’s was exceptional. Arriving late on a Sunday night after 8 hours on the road, the staff were attentive and efficient.
Atmosphere / Cleanliness: Spotlessly clean — far above what I often see in fast food at that hour.

I ordered a burger ahead on my app, over 15 minutes later I went in (I was the only one near checkout and there were 3 people total inside) to pick up two employees were 10 feet from me and one walked past me twice without acknowledgment. Same teenager then walked past me again to help a woman who was now behind me. She walked past me again and I asked her if I could get my order and had my app up so she could see the number. She then informed me that I had to go through the drive thru to pick it “because that’s how we do it”. I was incredulous and said “you’re really not just going to hand me my order” and she said no. She then went to a slightly older female when that person seemed inquisitive as to what was going on and because I was the only one around and they were maybe 10-12 feet away I could hear most of their brief conversation. The high schooler had a snotty tone and then they both looked at me and laughed, SMH.
I left the restaurant and went through drive thru which took another 13 minutes despite just a truck being in front of me. When I pulled up the female who had just done nothing asked me if I wanted my quarter pounder. At this time it had been over 20 minutes of being at this location just for a pickup that should have taken 1-2 minutes tops. My burger was luke warm at best at this point and I told her this was ridiculous and shameful behavior and she matter of factly said “sorry”.
I tried calling the ownership group a few times but couldn’t get through so hopefully ya’l have a better experience that the train wreck I had!

This location is NEVER open on time. It is supposed to be open at 5 A.M. I drive past around 5:15 or a little after every morning & it has still been closed way more than it has been open. The staff are not friendly with the exception of the older lady that takes the orders & money @ the drive thru & that depends on the morning. IF they do happen to be open when they are supposed to be they always take forever to get you your order, even if it is just a cup of coffee, I have waited 10-15 minutes for a cup of coffee more than once when I am the only one in line. Every male that has ever waited on me has had nasty, greasy hair & looks like they have not showered in days which is very unappealing in a food service type environment. The lids on my coffee are rarely on right causing me to be burned every time they hand it to me. Unfortunately, they are the only option for me on my way to work that early in the morning & that is IF they are even open when they are supposed to be.

I work by this location, so I’ve given them sooo many chances, but I’m fed up. Today I paid $16 to get the novelty meal offered, which I regret wholeheartedly. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and extra onions. No ketchup, no mustard, no pickle. I ended up with a burger with ALL those toppings on. The bun also had spots that were so dry/hard that I picked them off and didn’t eat them. Fries were dumped into my bag and spilled everywhere. I was given the wrong dipping sauce for my nuggets. I stopped ordering soda here because the Dr. Pepper always tastes wrong in every capacity. The staff are usually super nice when interacting with me, but sometimes if I have to go in to fix a mistake, nobody acknowledges me for several minutes while my food gets cold.
This time, the stickers indicate they gave me the wrong person’s burger since it doesn’t match the order receipt. They didn’t even get that person’s order right. It had ketchup, mustard, pickles, and onions.

This McDonalds didn’t give me a breakfast hash brown that I ordered and it was a manager that packed the bag. I got home and asked for a refund for the overpriced hash brown and didn’t get it. They didn’t even provide napkins with the order. It’s the most unprofessional McDonald’s I’ve been to and this isn’t the first time they screwed up.

I love to get some McDonald’s when I get off long day of work. I like how they play music when I wait for my food to be delivered at the table. I sometimes vibe to the song and make me feel special. Sometime the food can take longer but the people are nice and friendly.

This place can’t even get a simple drink order correct. I went to the drive thru and ordered a large unsweetened tea. They responded back, “a large unsweetened tea.” To which I replied, “yes.” The screen stated large unsweetened tea. Well wouldn’t you know I got a sweetened tea. This has happened three times. How does this McDonald’s at this location stay in business? They’ve completely lost mine!

Ordered 12 nuggets and a cheeseburger. I was given 2 cheeseburger and 5 nuggets, even though the carton says 6? So not only can your employees not read, they also can’t count. I tried this place because the one on Louise was so awful. I guess you guys hire just any warm body. I also got sick 2 weeks ago, but could not pinpoint it to a specific meal. Knowing the incompetence I’ve been experiencing, I would not be surprised if your employees aren’t practicing basic hygiene and sanitation. I’m going to stick to cooking my own meals. We’re overpaying for wrong orders and poorly cooked food. What a waste of money.

Order was taken by a young man who told me he was covering this shift for another. He took my order and upside my fries, asked him and he said yes my fries would be fresh. They were not. When I went to get my drink, I was stunned at how much of a mess it was. Both setup dispensers were broke down and empty, one of th soda fountains was overflowing as the tray was completely full. Both trash cans were overflowing. I had this young manager take a walk with me and look at what I was seeing. He agreed and said he was gonna have to get at it. There were at least 8 or 9 girls gathered in the area where the food comes out. Why aren’t a couple of them cleaning this place up? I grew up with McDonalds and for the most art there is always a pride about the stores cleanliness. They have while I sat here and ate a good hot burger, but passed on the barely warm fries. I would have loved to have seen the owner walk in and see what I saw. I could only think, I hope it’s better back in the kit hen than out here. I reali,e they just went through a rush, but you have to have a constant handle on the whole store, not just the food going out.

2 double cheeseburgers only ketchup and onion with no onion and 2 three hour old patties that are as dry as the Sahara desert. Please tell me why I paid over 10 bucks for 2 horrible disgusting double cheeseburgers that might have been taken out of the waste bucket for all I know. I used to manage a McDonald’s so to me this is downright robbery and I think I want my money back. Really ruined my night and the customer service was mid at best. I don’t think anyone that’s from SD understands what common courtesy and respect is. It’s pretty pathetic. Maybe they can train some decent employees and pay them more then 15 an hour. Its 2025!! How are people supposed to pay their bills? No wonder they don’t care about the quality of the work or the job for that matter
