I ordered a spicy chicken sandwhich with no tomatoes+mayo which they messed up on and the lady at the window snatched the card out of my sisters hand without saying a word. Thats not even the worst part, when i opened the bag it appeared somebody had spit gum in the bag. It smelled sweet like a marshmellow but after calling they told me they have no marshmellow in the store? No clue what it was but it had a bite looking mark and had hair on it this is the grossest thing ive ever had happen to me im not coming back here the service is awful and one wont even speak words

i got the number 5, grilled chicken ranch wrap with no cheese, extra lettuce and extra ranch. thankfully they didn’t put cheese on it and my food was yummy. 5/5
my grandmother on the other hand got raw meat, soggy bread. we asked for the meat to be fresh off the grill because who wants meat that has been sitting there for hours?
i didn’t get my potato either because of how long they were sitting there.
now i love wendy’s, i used to work at a wendy’s and i loved the food. worked there for a year and ate food everyday afterwords.
the person who took our order, Kyleigh, she was so sweet. she kept apologizing for the food wait – even though i knew it would take a while since the meat was cooked fresh, but she was super kind to us.

Went through the drive through to order a double cheese burger with just ketchup, was handed to me with all the greens on it plus mayo. Went back in to get the burger fixed manager was friendly about the situation and fixed the burger. Came back out to the car to my surprise my first bite containing a hair.

The food & service was decent. But the place was disgusting! I don’t think the drink machine has been wiped down for weeks! Every surface had sticky cup stains all over it, or ketchup splatters. It was 1 pm, the place had 1 other person in it, so I can’t see it being busy as an excuse. It makes me question how gross the kitchen looks…where I also noticed none of the females had hair nets on, & hair hanging down. Not sure I’ll be back simply due to the lack of cleanliness.

We had lunch yesterday (Saturday) around 2pm. The place was busy with a line to the door for the entire hour we were there. The young lady working the register alone did a fantastic job. She kept the line moving the best she could being solo, with a smile on her face. She did well ensuring everyone got great service. Well done!

The food was good, what you would expect from a fast food restaurant. But the guy running around the place complaining about a coworker was ridiculous. Also the floors and tables were not clean and in a lot of places was very sticky. Great service from the lady who served us however.

Nice little Wendy’s, good food as usual. The woman at the counter was super pleasant and cheery, offered great tips on the menu. I wish I got her name, she had pink and purple hair, put a smile on my face as I left!

This visit was disappointing because of the extraordinarily long wait time with no acknowledgment from staff. The meat mixture for a taco salad was almost exclusively liquid with little bits of beef, more like a soup than topping. Still, good value for money and usually is what you’d expect from a Wendy’s.

Wanted a breakfast sandwich for breakfast before work, ended up ordering a sausage and egg on a honey biscuit… sounds great right?? Until you open it and find a black hair in the sandwich!! Should have known better when I saw the one cooking with long hair hanging down and NOT tied back! This was at 6:45 am on 2/22/24 at the Wendy’s on Civic Center Drive in Augusta

They fixed the broken Wendy’s? Two young very energetic crew members at the drive through window had the line moving so fast I actually thought the cars that had been in line left because they must be closed. Always appreciated the effort and opportunity afforded to everyone who has worked at this location before, but seriously what a difference!! Keep it up to the young one with the curly hair and the other one who proudly smiled and said “we make a great team”.
