There is a New McCrispy Gold edition I have been addicted to the sandwich. I have had this sandwich like literally everyday but the past 2 days this location can not get it right. Pictured below is the same sandwich different days and neither of them is made right or fresh. It comes with pickle bacon and gold sauce. So today I go get the sandwich again and once again they made it wrong. So I called and told them I did not order a spicy sandwich the manager proceeded to argue with me and said well we made your sandwich right. That they do not have any chicken sandwiches that are spicy when clearly they offer a spicy sandwich on the menu. Then she argues with me that the sandwich is not really spicy they just put a hot sauce on it. Everything about the conversation made me extremely upset. All she had to say was I am sorry and we will replace it. But instead she wanted to argue. I hung up and called corporate. This location will no longer get my money.

People can’t read an order and serve what you ordered. Also ordered ahead on the app and still waited 10+ minutes for 4 items. Won’t be back here. The guy also had an attitude when he brought out the food. I understand working in the food industry sucks, but if you hate your job that much then just quit honestly.

On March 4 at around 10:40 PM, I experienced extremely unprofessional behavior from a manager named ELO at your establishment. ELO exhibited a disrespectful and condescending attitude, making inappropriate remarks about my mental health, financial situation, and race. These comments were unacceptable and deeply offensive, particularly coming from someone in a managerial position in the service industry.
Additionally, I waited approximately 15 minutes for my order, which turned out to be incorrect. I only noticed the mistake halfway home and had to drive back to have it corrected, only to receive food that was cold. Despite this inconvenience, the staff offered no apology or compensation, such as a replacement or complimentary item, and continued to use derogatory language.
This experience reflects poorly on the location and its management standards. I strongly recommend that ELO receive retraining in professionalism, customer service, and workplace conduct to prevent similar incidents in the future.

It’s hard to get good help in the fast food industry sometimes. I took my daughter and her friend to this location today around 1:45 p.m. I pulled up to the outer drive thru kiosk. I waited and waited for someone to take our order. 2 cars at the other kiosk had their orders taken while we waited. Finally a young woman asked “What was your order…a Coke?” I told her that no one had taken my order yet. She then asked again, with a negative attitude “What was your order?” I told her again that my order had not been taken yet. She replied “I’m asking you for your order.” I told her that she needs better training and then I left. She should have simply asked me ” May I take your order?” Or even “What is your order?” instead of “What was your order?”

Late night white manager with curly hair is always rude. Went in for a pick up and was told off about if it’s not there, it’s not ready. Like it’s the law and they don’t keep it by the warmers or forget to bag it. And another lady had her order remade several times because they refused to get it right after clear instructions and he blatantly told her off how it’s what she order and thanked God and whoever else out loud, in her face, when she demanded a refund, just so she would leave. The staff clearly needs to be replaced or go through a military boot camp if they want to complain so much out loud over their own incompetence.

I’m so sick and tired of McDonald’s, a place that’s been in business for forever. Serving pretty much the same food. I placed an online order for the drive-thru, It was for a sausage, McGriddle breakfast sandwich. What I got was a biscuit with an egg sandwich. This actually happened quite often. I don’t frequent McDonald’s that often, but when I do, they usually get my order wrong, then I have to call and inform them of there mistake. I HATE when they ask, do you want to come back and get the correct item. I tell them, NO, I was already there and not coming back at this time. They ask for your name and write it down so that I can come back at my convenience. It a shame that they obviously can’t read and obviously don’t, brother, to check to order before giving it to you. I guess I need to start CHECKING my order before leaving the drive-thru, even though I shouldn’t have to. There was no sausage on that sandwich either. Totally messed up.

Horrible. Brought my 2 year old in here to use the bathroom. The bathrooms could only be unlocked by employees. After waiting several minutes in the food line I asked for accommodations for our situation. I was told no. I even questioned, “so we’re not going to have bathrooms?” And I was again told no. At any second there could’ve been a bigger problem, such as my kid peeing all over the floor. Would that have mattered? It’s hard to see customer service fall below the barrel.

Now, everybody knows I don’t eat McDonald’s like that anymore… everybody knows. But!!! Today, fresh outta my annual doctor’s visit, a craving hit me like a ton of bricks—a steak, egg, and cheese bagel. Had to have it. Ordered just the sandwich, no extras, and hit the road.
Listen. This was the freshest bagel sandwich I’ve ever had. Toasted just right on the inside, soft, moist, and buttery on the outside. That steak? Tender. Those grilled onions? Glazed to perfection. And I ain’t even ask for extra cheese, but look at the way they built my sandwich?! Eggs? Fluffy. That sauce? Oozing.
I didn’t even make it home. Pulled over, snapped some pics, and smashed. Delicious. Delicious. Delicious.
Shoutout to this McDonald’s for getting it right today! If you’re in the area and craving one of these, this location might just do you right.
