As you first walk in, you did notice that the place was very clean from the floors to the table tops. The girl who waited on us was very pleasant and efficient. We told her that we were looking for vegetarian menus and she said no problem that anything we wanted she would be able to make it up for us and we ordered from the menu with the drink and it did not take long. It was very quick. The food was hot and delicious. The atmosphere was nice. The bathroom was huge and it was very clean, and the whole experience was great. I’ll definitely go back there again when in the mood for a taco.

Food was good! Hot and fresh. Just be careful when app ordering, for some reason it pops up a different location first before this one, so you have to make sure it’s for Clark rd before submitting. Besides that 5 stars! Nice and cool interior too!

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this Taco Bell tonight. I pulled up to the drive-thru 15 minutes before the posted closing time, after getting off work, because my boyfriend had been craving tacos. Instead of being greeted properly, I was first told the store was closed. When I made a lighthearted comment about just wanting to grab a few tacos, another employee came on and said they “couldn’t give me anything because they were out of product.”
When I questioned how a location could still be open but have no food, I was told they were out of beef but could make “anything fried.” This is Taco Bell — what does that even leave on the menu? Then I was offered a taco with only lettuce and onions, which made no sense. A moment later I was told they could make anything I wanted, and then again that it had to be fried. The answers were completely inconsistent and unprofessional.
To make things worse, the employee refused to provide her name, the manager’s name, or even the store number when I asked.
If a location is out of major core ingredients or is no longer serving customers, it should close early and update its hours — not give customers the runaround at the speaker. This was frustrating, a waste of time, and very poor customer service.

I stopped by Taco Bell in Sarasota and had a pretty good experience overall. The food came out hot and fresh, and the staff was friendly and polite. The drive-thru was a little slow during the lunch rush, but the team handled the crowd well. I ordered the Crunchwrap Supreme and tacos — everything tasted just right. The restaurant was clean, and the service was better than expected for a fast-food place. Just wish the wait time was a bit shorter. I’ll definitely be back when I’m in the area again!

WOW. The burrito is a classic from my childhood. Always faithful. This taco bell has only forgotten to give me my mild sauce one time. A feat in itself. Clean, friendly, and timely. 5/5 would recommend this Taco Bell.

The food is always on point….When they decide to get it right. Manager seemed rude and stressed out, yelling at her staff. This is the only place I come to for a real cheat meal, but every time I get my hopes up, they almost always mess it up. Started going to another location with no issues. I’m actually extremely bored right now because I’ve been sitting with my truck in part through two full songs so roughly what 7-8 minutes. I haven’t moved Since I started watching the clock, it’s been another seven minutes and there’s still two cars in front of me that have not moved. The people here are always extremely rude and I’m just used to that. It’s whatever but I really didn’t block out 45 minutes to get fast food.

This Taco Bell is almost perfect. We did an online mobile order and the only issue that we had from start to finish was how long it took for the food to come out. However it was definitely worth the wait. The entire staff was super friendly and communicated with us about the wait. When the food finally did come out everything was perfect and hot fresh exactly what you wish for every time you go out to eat. I can’t say enough good things about this location. If I’m in the area I’ll definitely swing by again.

I bought burritos. I was charged 2x, on my card. I got charged $28 for 2 burritos on my card. Didn’t know untill I got home. I got charged $16. For 2 wrong made burritos. The erra was fixed & I got the right food but the cashier never voided the $16 charge. Very disappointed. I won’t go back. He had attitude.

Feminine black light skinned guy with beard rude beyond measures I wanted nachos. There was a number 5 on the menu that had nachos but it was another bell nachos that was a special I was asking about it and he got very rude. I gave him the same energy that I received he didn’t like it he told me good bye. Didn’t know he owned the restaurant he’s a regular worker that’s rude and should create his own business but obviously he can’t afford one he should work on his attitude. I went there 10/14 at around 9:50 to 10pm in the drive through. Just rude and unprofessional and very unpleasant
