This location is a solid stop for your breakfast needs. The food is always made at time of order, delivering a hot fresh meal. Big fan of their ultimate breakfast burrito and for fast food options their cold brew coffee is one of the better offerings.

Nothing to rate, looked online Thursday and saw they had a good looking fish sandwhich. Thought that I would give it a try. So Friday lunch time came and I left work to go get the fish sandwhich. Going through the drive through and there was a picture of that same fish sandwich. Lady came on the speaker and ask me what I would like to order. I said I will take the fish sandwhich combo with another fish sandwhich. She said we do not have fish. I said you don’t have fish or you’re out of fish ? She said we do not serve fish. I told her I seen it on the web site and there was the picture on their drive through menu ? She said we do not serve fish. I said okay thanks and left.

!!beware nasty and incorrect food!!! Went on my lunch break. Ordered 10 mins ahead. Had to wait 15 mins after arriving to ever get my food. Got my food and they gave me an unsweetened tea instead of my dr pepper! My fries were ice cold, and the burger (which I thought was the only good thing in the meal) was so soggy and goopy. I got 2 bites in and had to throw out the rest and ever since have been feeling extremely sick. Contacted support and they tried to offer me a coupon for a free small side… I ordered a whole meal!!! Then they tell me I should go back to the carhop and press button which I am unable to do since yall made me late coming back from my lunchbreak 🙁 have never visited this location and I will never be back

I should’ve checked the reviews for this location before ordering here. This was my first time ordering from this location and I never will, again. I ordered a Chili Cheese Coney combo with a Strawberry Cheesecake Master Shake. The shake was the best thing about the meal. The Tots were barely done. The Chili Cheese Coney was a huge disappointment. The tip of the first hot dog looked normal but the rest was brown. The second hot dog was even more brown than the first one. They looked like they’d been sitting in the open air for hours.

This is the first time i’ve ever left a review on google in my 30 years of living, i’ve been here 3 times, all 3 times i’ve been the ONLY one in the drive through, and had to wait 25 minutes (not an exaggeration) EACH time, and guess what… my order was wrong!!! genuinely don’t know how that is possible

I placed an order on the mobile app using a reward for a free coke. In order to get the free coke I had to make a purchase of at least $1. I ordered another coke. The app stated my order would be ready at 7:11am. The app also stated the store opened at 7am. When I arrived the inside of the store was black like no one was inside and there was no response on the drive thru speaker. I tried to call multiple times, and no one answered the phone. I would like a refund of my payment of $2.72 and I would also like to be able to use my reward again. Each time I decide to give this sonic a chance there is always an issue. This is the closest location to my job. However, I will just drive out of my way for better service.

The best part of my experience was LEAVING.

I ordered 3 items (2 snack wraps and a burger). First, they tried telling me one of the snack wraps was discontinued because they couldn’t find the button for it….I then ended up waiting OVER AN HOUR for my food..the workers stopped answering the call light and the drive thru speaker box. The screen kept showing that the food was “in the kitchen” I ended up ordering McDonalds through the app and leaving without a refund or food.

BUT!…This story really isn’t even about me…it’s about the lady in the car that was a few stalls down from me.

She was already in the stall when I arrived, after 30 mins of her waiting for her food (THAT SHE PREORDERED AHEAD OF TIME OVER THE APP), she pressed the call button and nobody answered, then she pulled through the drive thru and nobody answered.. She returned to her stall…pressing the button again. FINALLY, a lady came on over the speaker yelling at her to “stop pushing the call button because that’s how they get broken”!….

The lady in the car let her know that she had already been waiting 30 mins for her PRE ORDERED APP FOOD….The Manager came out…asked the name..said they don’t have the order…((THE FOOD WASN’T EVEN BEING MADE!!))… It’s now been 40 mins of this lady waiting!! She told the manager that she needed food or a refund because she had been waiting for TOO LONG! The manager said he can’t do a refund because she ordered through the app..blah blah blah. The lady then said “I’m starving, and I need to leave, just bring me whatever you have that’s ready…preferably hot”.

During her waiting, another lady got out of her car and was chatting with the app lady. Their conversation covered a broad range of topics – best places to live, racism and breaking news. During my ease dropping, random Country Music started playing and a stray cat appeared illuminating from the sonic drive thru menu.

….an additional 20 minutes go by and they finally bring her some food (not the food she ordered). but something… maybe it was some sonic mints, maybe some groovy sauce, but the lady finally drove off.

In the MEANTIME. The Sonic people continued to ignore cars that were pulled up in the stalls, we pressed our call buttons frantically, like passengers on the Titanic desperately blowing their whistles, hoping someone—anyone—would come to our aid. No one ever did…

After spending an hour at this fast-food establishment, I feel this review is justified—though a Part Two may be needed if I ever aim to truly starve..

This is the worst sonic/restaurant in the entire city. I came here 11:25p during break. I waited for someone to answer me in drive thru. After waiting with no answer I left 11:40. Could you imagine that? And mind you , there was only one car in front of me. He was still there as I was leaving. Horrible place! If you don’t want to do your job. Then don’t come to work. In this economy., I’m sure there’s someone else who’d appreciate a job.

Random randomness
Four times I have tried to eat here, four times I have left angry and pissed off because they just don’t know how to do, literally anything. Even take an order…. I will never bother coming back to this location again. I will drive to the next city over so that I can actually get my lunch. This entire store needs fired and hire new people and I don’t get to say that very often about a location. But this is probably the dumbest most useless set of employees I’ve ever encountered in a location.

Had a taste for a shake so decided to go, get there the prices for chicken strip combo n tenders only was totally different than what was charged. Board showed, 3 pc tenders for 6.99$, combo $8.99, 5 PC for 9.99 combo etc
I got the 3 PC combo 8.99 w strawberry shake now it’s after 2 pm during the drink special. She gives the total $15.81 I rebut no that’s not right.
Her comment “I don’t make the prices n that’s what you order came to”. Why, are these people taking it personal. How do you all NOT know what your board of pricing says.
A guy in the back preparing orders, possibly the mgr. Didn’t seem unfazed either

Strips were small n overcooked almost dry
Mozzarella cheese sticks were undercooked barely hot.
Shake was the most decent thing I ordered. Again sonic you e failed me. N I had stopped because of this.
