I was able to pick up food fast with no problem after ordering online. On my part I didn’t check my bag before leaving. Realizing I didnt recieve my full meal I called and asked to return the bag in exchanged for my order and the lady on the call mentioned she would exchange and relate to store and manager. I went back to grab my order and asked again because the front desk worker was unaware of the complaint at the time.

I received my food and it wasn’t warm, didn’t have the dry rub, some of the potatoes smashed, egg looked funny, and crab and shrimp not warm and not good. Just not a great of a experience this time around. 🙁

I was so disappointed at the appearance of the parking lot!
It literally made my stomach feel some type of way.
There was dirty diapers just lying around, I counted two. And the parking lot was filled with trash in just about every corner.
I know you can’t do anything about random people throwing out random things in the parking lot. But there should be someone set aside every morning to pick up trash in the parking lot. The parking lot is the 1st thing people see when they come to your establishment.. so for me I’m thinking if the parking lot is this dirty what is the kitchen looking like?
I love eating here but management needs to do better in keeping this together.

Our server, Hannah, was fantastic! Joyful attitude and very helpful, she made the whole experience better! The food is good. The lobster tails were a little tough but had great flavor. You won’t leave hungry! The only thing I would have changed was the seating. We were seated next to 2 back to back, very large parties, so the noise level was not at all conducive to being able to have a conversation at our own table. They were having fun celebrating, which was wonderful to see but being so close by made it extremely hard to hear anything else.

Fiery Crab in Baton Rouge is a must-visit if you’re in the mood for a proper seafood boil.
When you order one, be sure to bring friends and a serious appetite – the feast includes crab, lobster, crawfish, shrimp, sausage, potatoes, corn, and boiled eggs. You can choose your sauce and spice level; I went with the medium fiery Cajun, which had just the right kick.
I started with the fried pickles, and they were a perfect, crispy lead-in to the main event. Beyond the boil, there’s a wide selection of other options like catfish, po’boys, and more, so there’s something for everyone.
Service is friendly, the atmosphere is family friendly, and there’s a great patio if you’d prefer to eat outside. Highly recommend!

Ghetto. Enviornment is pleasant enough but the quality of service… whew chile!!! We [my husband cousin grandson and I] stopped in to have lunch. Was not greated by a hostess but a server passing by advised us someone would be with us shortly. Waited another 2 minutes and alady guided us to a booth. Pary of 4 (3 adults and a child). Restaurant was steady but not busy. Ten minutes in still no int ss raction with anyone outside the person that seated us. My grandson needs to use the restroom but we’ve still NOT SEEN A SERVER nor have we been advised who would be waiting on us. Bathroom is nasty. Back at the table we make a decision to leave. I attempt to call the restaurant (xs2)to advise mgmt of the issue (hoping they care to correct it before anyone else receives a similar experience) but the person answering refuses to let me speak with mgmt. Instead, im advised by Kim TWICE that “im sorry the manager’s not here. If you leave your name I’ll have someone call you back.” Unacceptable.
I’ll be contacting corporate in the morning.

Super fast for carry out on a Saturday night when it’s near freezing outside. The fish basket of flounder was supper delicious. The fried rice was very moist and flavorful. I appreciated the service going to the kitchen to check on my order. Thanks!

Placed my order over the phone last night (2-15-26). Arrived to pay and pick it up. Peeped inside to check order. Looked correct but got all the way home and was missing my noodles in my boil bag. Not to mention I asked for garlic and didn’t get it. Called back up there and was told the manager will call me back. Never received a call back and still out my $5 noodles. Lesson learned: Pull my order completely out of my bag next time I place a pick up order.
