The space was roomy, well lit, and clean. Nothing took a long time even though they had a full house.
5/5 stars, recommend for locals or travelers.
I felt bad for the bartender though, the bar counters are ridiculously deep. Like there’s no reason for the extra space for staging plates or drinks. Just makes it difficult for the team to clear.
The food was tasty and well-prepared, with a nice mix of creative and classic dishes. Everything we tried was good, though a couple of small details could have been better. The service was very friendly and attentive, and you can tell the staff care about their guests.
It can get a bit busy at peak times, but overall it’s a great spot in Chelsea for a relaxed evening with good food and atmosphere.
My wife’s salad was the middle crunchy pieces of iceberg lettuce with a microwaved chicken breast hastily cut up on top.
My lasagna was $30 and was lukewarm at best, looked like it was reheated in a microwave and thrown into a to-go container.
My toddler’s fries were fine but the ranch was also clearly hidden valley or some sort of commercial ranch put in a to-go container.
I called and told them I’d return the food and wanted a refund and was told don’t worry abut bringing the food back but the transaction would be voided. I appreciate the help from the staff and they were friendly and polite but this had to be the worst food I’ve seen presented to a customer. They admitted they’d had quality issues recently, but there’s no way a well-run restaurant would view see this and send it out the door. Attached is a picture from my lasagna, keep in mind it’s $30 for this.
Came in around noon with a friend and really enjoyed the food and drinks—everything we ordered was delicious, and the cocktails were on point. The atmosphere was nice too.
That said, the service was *very* slow. There was only one bartender and one host/server managing the whole floor, which made things tough. We waited over 20 minutes just to get our check, and I noticed several other groups had to wait quite a while to be seated as well.
I’d still come back for the food, but hopefully they’ll have more staff next time.
The service was amazing too. Our server was super friendly, attentive, and made the whole night feel relaxed and easy. The cocktails were fantastic, and my favorites from the menu were the short rib tacos, truffle fries, and the seafood pasta — absolutely delicious.
We shared a few starters, and for dessert, the bread pudding and chocolate lava cake were unforgettable. We even took some home!
Highly recommend Chelsea Station for a fun night out with friends or a small gathering. Great vibe, great food, great service. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in the area!
My friends and I were totally indecisive about drinks, so he surprised us with ones that matched our personalities—he nailed it! The wings we had as an appetizer were delicious, and the steak burger I ordered was mouthwatering. Honestly, it was the perfect way to kick off our time in Boston!
