I picked a store to see prices . I asked about coupon specials . It wouldn’t give me prices unless I placed order first. I had to see what I could buy for $25.00 and decide if I wanted original or chicken tenders . It was so secretive about menu and prices . Since they wouldn’t give them to me and last time I called and the kid on the line gave me all wrong info from telling me Chicken fried Steak was chicken not beef . Gave me the wrong chicken order. I decided not to call again. The app is awful for info. I got my chicken from Popeyes because they were more informed.

Extremely disappointed with the tenders!! Usually they give reasonable sized tenders but these were 1/3 size of what they normally serve. Unfortunately didn’t open and check until it was too late. Be aware when ordering at night!!

I’m not my usual HAPPY self this visit to KFC because I ordered a Tuesday 8 piece chicken special and when we got home and were fixing plates, we only had 7 pieces of chicken! Hence, not my 5 star choice on Overall satisfaction.

This KFC went from being the best to worse all in one day. I ordered the hot wings and when I receive them, they looked a little off in color like they were old and when I bit into the first one, the bone was real dark, so I broke another one open it was the same thing I called to speak to the manager, Mauricio and he wanted to go back-and-forth. I told him to get one and open it and tell me if that’s the way it’s supposed to look and he told me yes and he proceeded to tell me that he could not find my order and basically there was nothing he could do. I will never order this establishment again bad customer service, bad manager.

We drove 9.2 miles from another outlet at this address where we were not served. Unfortunately at that point the Latino staff was racist towards us and completely ignored us. (2087 Snelling Ave Svc Rd, Roseville, MN 55113) I am immensely grateful to the staff at this store who listened to me, guided me through the process to be able to contact the regional manager and express our dissatisfaction with the poor service. Great service at this store and good food, thank you.

I’d give zero stars if I could. Waited 20 mins for two of the “famous bowls” both supposed to be spicy. They arrived and we found that one was swimming in a puddle of oil and the other had what looked like red hot haphazardly splashed across half the chicken and the mashed potatoes.
