Chipotle with a 5 star view! And then the food was fresh and delicious. Alina had a refreshingly kind and helpful personality. That seems rare these days. And then Tucker was professional and happy to accommodate my boyfriend’s extreme dairy allergy. We sat on the patio to enjoy the view and perfect weather. Thank goodness there were umbrellas out there because it suddenly started to rain. We scooted one over to our table and enjoyed our delicious bowls with the rain while it was still oddly sunny and Snoopy Rock in the background. Random romantic lunch at Chipotle. DO NOT ORDER THIER DELIVERY SERVICE! I ordered a bowl and burrito received a very incorrect bowl and no burrito. So the delivery fee i paid for was useless, I ended up being the driver to go get the correct order. Picture on left is what I was brought, picture on right is what I ordered.

The Service Stars are NOT for the employees. They were friendly indeed.
But running „online orders only“ is a very annoying feature. There is not even a self service counter. Only order online via phone. I don’t like that and I hope this will not be a common thing in the future.

The employees work very hard here to accommodate their guests, and it shows! The employees have always been very nice to me! They’re excellent food and the most affordable dining within about a mile, truly. Give them a shot.

The staff at the cashier was a male with a neck tattoo and a beard, with horrible attitude, he had a snobby attitude and his sarcasm was definitely offensive.
When ordering we were a family of 5 and I was making a bowl for both my mother and I while the rest made their owns bowls. She doesn’t eat chipotle often and needed assistance on what may possibly take good. As I was helping her the steak ran out and the young lady with glasses was so kind and patient and said we can get the steak scooped to our bowl later on when it was finished. The male staff at the cashier made sarcastic mentions saying “yea take you time, it’s good for business” “it’s not like there’s customers behind you” keep in mind the staff were running around trying to restock on the missing items so it wasn’t really my fault for the slow process. He continued to make sarcastic remarks and later kept trying to say I added guac to my bowl to upcharge me which was incorrect as well as charge us extra for “side of steak” because they ran out of steak and would scope it on the side rather than the bowl. Keep in mind it’s a steak bowl? We just had to wait on the steak. The payment process was horrible as well, system was down and we had to wait.
The women staff did amazing on trying to help everyone, it was just that male staff who was rude. There’s way more to mention about what he said but I want to finish eating and enjoying this view as the rest of my day in Sedona.

Last time I’m coming here. Absolutely filthy and the staff are lazy at best. There are four people behind the counter and while one guy is actually cooking on the grill, another is standing at the register doing absolutely nothing and the other two are handling one person/burrito at a time while a long line complains behind me. Really slow, small portions, and they never ever have all the ingredients (tonight there was no guacamole, no special drinks, and the lemonade fountain just poured water). Seating was filthy and sticky, trash cans were spilling over. Oh, and I was still charged extra for queso (which in hindsight I probably should not have trusted).
Management should be embarassed, but Corporate should get involved. Not a good look for Chipotle at all.

For the price, the food is excellent. The burritos are huge. The view is spectacular. The restaurant is clean. My only wish is that the food is less spicy.
