I must say this McDonald’s has some employees that really lack social skills and manners. Today I purchased a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin the bread literally wasn’t even toasted. Management / Owner you need to do better. This isn’t the first time with poor food quality this year.

The food is consistent with other Mcdonalds. Unfortunately the service has been a challenge the past few times we’ve attended. Either kids sides are missing, other sides are missing, or you can’t find people at the counter to correct it. The play area is great though.

If you are looking for friendly service, do not stop at the Lafayette McDonalds. The woman in the drive thru, taking orders was beyond rude. The woman at the second window, shoved my food into my hand and said “Here”. The food was just warm.

Waited 10 mins out side for my online order, had to go inside about 8 employees standing in the back not doing anything, multiple people waited on there food for awhile in the lobby. mean while im standing at the counter waiting to get helped. Finally get my food most of it barely warm.

Everything is on the electronic system and staff is not following with the upkeep. I had to wait for someone to acknowledge my presence standing at the front counter well over 5 minutes I ordered because the receipt printer was empty and I didn’t receive a receipt with my order number.
Once we got our order it was the wrong food, then when we got our new order we were missing items. Maybe they need more staff during their morning rush!?!?!

it’s cheap if you get the right things, reasonable quality, and up to par service. i like how you can just order everything on a kiosk and you get your food. workers are friendly but not overly, which is nice. not much more to say

As a introverted tech enthusiast, a place to get food and not have to interact with anyone seems good on paper. Though this place is a utopian hell. There’s no staff working the front area and no self serve (napkins, straws, sauce) station. No one to refill your drink. No one to monitor if customers start getting rowdy.
Kitchen staff is busy working extremely hard to make the orders, they have to take time from tanking their metrics to help customers. This whole humanless concept is just another shady tactic for McDonald’s to save money on employees and have more profit at the cost of everything for customers, workers and the local community. They would probably replace the kitchen workers too if they could figure it out already.
This situation can be salvaged if they think of tech as a way to help their workers instead of replace them. Just hiring someone to manage the front area and help customers. Put the self serve station back and the front person can monitor that too. Just those two things would easily improve this restaurant and make it one of the better McDonald’s.

mcdonald’s— i would advise the drive through. the bathrooms are filthy and always without paper goods. it’s sad and i have empathy for the unhoused but the level of begging and apparent drug use is rampant.

they told me to pull up to the second window to grab my drinks, keep in mind there is NO ONE else in the line and we sat there for 10 minutes for two drinks and we had to leave because no one ever gave them to us. this has happened multiple times and it’s actually ridiculous.

So recently I went to McDonald’s on my lunch break (30mins). I got a Quarter Pounder ONLY KETCHUP, a Medium Fry and a large Powerade. I ordered this through the App and I got my code ready for the window. When I got there the man at the window ended up taking 20mins to type my code in, and I’m serious when I say 20mins. Once he finally put my code in he told me that the order was canceled?! I understand things happen, technology is weird. So I decided to just pay for the same thing at the window. I asked him 3 times in the Quarter Pounderwas only ketchup and he said it was. When I finally got my food and was late to work. The quarter pounder wasn’t only ketchup nor did the sandwich say only ketchup on the box. The fries were deathly salty. And my Poweraid wasn’t even filled up all the way. I’d avoid this location at all costs. Go to the Highway 7 McDonald’s they actually get things right.
