This place is the worst at honoring promotions that they gave out. They stated that they could not honor it through the drive thru and there is nothing within the fine print defining that. Not to mention i am a disabled wheelchair user which i informed them but that didnt change their attitude.
If you aren’t going to honor your promotion, don’t give out the cards. I’m going to make haza aware as well as the consumer protection groups.Because this is just bad business

This is my favorite sandwich to get this was the piece of chicken that I saw on it today. I’m six weeks pregnant and this was all I was craving all day and this looks barely edible and it’s freezing cold. They also didn’t give me a receipt, Refuse to Refund my money and they left my entire boyfriend sandwich out of my order, which was a bacon cheeseburger. I am APPALLED at the service and these employees need talked to, there are people with health issues and this is supposed to be a huge chicken sandwich for the price we paid. I’m disappointed and disgusted

Got off work very irritated and tired, grabbed Wendy’s quick. They messed up my order so I called and the manager William answered the phone so politely and handled the situation so kindly. I went back and they redid the whole order and gave me a larger fry and drink just for the trouble. Bro that right there is how you’re supposed to act as a manager, the whole crew was very nice too. Wendy’s they deserve some recognition!!

12/2 9pm. Lady at drive thru window was friendly, funny and its such a pleasure to get this kind of service because its hard to come by now a days. The workers seemed to be having fun working, laughing. Food was hot and service fast.

Worst food I have had in a long time. The Caesar salad was filled with water, it was like the lettuce wasn’t dried. The chicken sandwich only had a top bun and it wasn’t very hot. All the toppings were watery. I was just there the other night and was very pleased, with the salad I purchased. Also, the coffee must have been sitting all day. I was hungry and thirsty so I ate the food, hopefully I won’t get sick from the water downed veggies. Sorry to say after tonight I have no desire to go back to this Wendy’s. I really thought I would receive the same food as last week. I was going to call, but the two girls working didn’t give me any receipt? I thought it would be best to post feedback, since I don’t want others to experience these kind of issues. And it wasn’t cheap.

Good value on the food, and quick service. Their 4 for $4 deal is excellent value. Strawberry lemonade is delicious. Service can be a bit slow though.

Went to stop through the drive through before work at 11 am the guy at the window was rude as ever and had the biggest attitude ever. I asked for a honey mustard and he told me to pull forward. I got to work and opened my sandwich and my chicken was raw. I called to tell the manager about my raw sandwhich, she told me to bring it back up there and told her I was at work till 10:30pm tonight. She told me to come tonight when I get off of work. Who wants to come out that late after doing a double ?? And she just changed the subject after I told her how rude the guy at the window was. Worst service ever. Don’t recommend this Wendy’s to anyone!!

Ordered Uber Eats and everything we got was absolutely disgusting. The fries were inedible and the burgers tasted old like they’d been sitting out for hours. On top of that we were missing two major items from our order. We’ve had problems with this location in the past but decided to try again and now we know 100% we will not be returning.
