I stopped through the drive thru recently and had a few small issues with my order. One item was slightly wrong, the fries were only about half full, and the Diet Coke mix was off, so it was not really drinkable.
It was not a terrible experience, just a little disappointing since those are pretty easy things to get right. The area also felt a bit rough to me, but I am not from around there, so that may just be my perspective.
Hopefully it was just an off day, and things are more consistent next time.

I was there 2 different times in the same week and the first time I waited over 7 minutes for my breakfast and i was the only person there ordering breakfast in the drive through and the 2nd time I waited over ten minutes for breakfast in the drive through and I will be calling corporate today about it

Considering we arrived 30 minutes before closing late last night. The drive-thru attendant was gracious and helpful. She politely informed out of what was available and what was not due to the hour. We were so grateful to get something to eat, especially after being at the hospital for six hours. Thank you so much!

It pisses me off when Wendy’s closes its dining room. Not everyone can go through the drive-thru since not everyone has a car. Short-staffed? That’s management’s fault, not the crew. Plus they screwed up my order: another thing that’s easily fixed with dine-in and a headache with drive-thru.

Highly disappointed in this restaurant… Consistently I’ve been given the incorrect order or food that is over done or old. The number to call is busy and then just hangs up. I will definitely be escalating these concerns.

This Wendy’s has gotten a lot better over the past couple years. Especially service. Employees are more professional, they smile and aren’t rude.
Although; I came in today. Got a jr bacon cheeseburger and I didn’t realize until I got home that I didn’t get my lettuce tomato and mayo on it. Not sure what that was about. But other than that it was good!

The lack of privacy! Omg and the complete rudness of the staff at this location is absolutely disgusting.
I planned on eating. Needed to use the restroom. The woman’s was locked assumed that someone was in there as I didn’t know they locked that bathrooms at this location. I needed to go I used the men’s as it was unlocked.
Next thing I know without anyone knocking is that a staff member and a guest and unlocking the door and just coming in the restroom while I’m using it! How embarrassing to say the least. You would think it would be protocol before unlocking any bathroom door to KNOCK!!!! JUST IN CASE!
I never even got a sorry or anything, even when coming out of the bathroom and attempting to have a conversation with the staff about the situation
I feel very violated for my privacy
