Wait in the drive through for 7 minutes and no one came. I backed up and went to the other lane where 2 orders were just taken. I get to the speaker to order and he says “sorry our system is down for 30 minutes and wont let us takeany orders, try again in 30 minutes” then told me “speak to a manager if you dont like it” and “happens every weekend”.
There’s always an issue here. “Only accepting online orders”, “Cash only”. Not to mention the constant inappropriate music blasting so loud you can hear it outside.
I get its just “food” but the point of “fast food” is for times where its late, or you aren’t cooking, convenience.
There is only good customer service with the morning staff. The ladies are always fast and genuinely nice.

Usually I don’t write reviews but this is genuinely the WORST McDonald’s I have EVER been to. If i could do less than 1 stars i would. The picture is from my DoorDash tonight where they clearly just didn’t even try. (The drinks were sealed in the bag so it was NOT the dashers fault) However this is every single time I have gone to this location, through the drive thru, the workers are EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful. Most times you are waiting at the speaker for more than 5-10 minutes simply because they aren’t ready to take your order. (Even if there isn’t a line) Every time I correct them on my order, instead of trying to solve anything, they just slam the window or walk away. It is messy inside and out, and the last time I went irl they forgot all my straws (I went through the drive thru) and instead of asking them for anything I sent my child in to grab straws and again, EXTREMELY rude telling him “he is supposed to ask for those, and you aren’t allowed to just take those”. Horrible customer service, AWFUL management, and ABSOLUTELY NO respect.

I’ve been to this location many times and been disappointed many times. Last time I went the person taking orders had a very disrespectful attitude and argued with me about my order. Tonight I gave them one more shot, but now I’m done. Service was very blah, when I pulled up to pay, the girl and another coworker were staring at their phones till one noticed I had pulled up already. Next window quickly handed me my food. Cut to home and I open my food the fries are cold and my burger is straight raw! No wonder this location is rated so low.

If the employees had basic people skills, that would be amazing. I got asked to give my order then I heard the operator switch to the 2nd lane and then came back to me telling me pull around…. but never took my order. I won’t even redeem my points there anymore.

Well, this place certainly earned it’s sucky rating. I had to wait 10 minutes just to buy something so I could get a KEY for the bathroom. Why on earth would they lock their bathrooms. They’re just asking for an accident. As someone with a disability I’m VERY disappointed.

There were not many people inside and it took 10 minutes to get my food. It has been set on the counter in front of people and no one ever called my name out so it was warm. I watched numerous people from the drive thru come in fur mistakes. A manager also yelled at an employee that wasn’t even clocked in to work to do things. She got louder when the employee ignored her. There receipts all over the floor, and messy tables. Not a clean store. Not very team oriented.

Service was horrible and I heard loads of screaming from within the restaurant. When I get a cheeseburger I mean cheeseburger not a fish sandwich. When I order a meal that comes with nuggets, I expect you to ask me what sauce I want, and before I’m even done ordering you tell me to pull through when I tried telling you the correct order. Never ordering from here again unless I see a new manager, employees that don’t complain and moan about everything and actually care about their jobs, and basically the general disgusting grody filth of the store cleaned. This place genuinely sucks a fat one even for a low end McDonald’s, so please just at this point set your store on fire or hire a wrecking ball. Only way to save it.

It’s supposed to be fast food and even when I order and a pickup which should be ready when I arrive I have to wait.. might as well go on the drive thru. There is a few people that have attitudes at the window which I always chop it up as not wanting to be at work which we all been there but there are certain tones make you question. So beware for long waits.

Handed my food to the person in front of me in the drive thru line. They rummaged through it . Unwrapping the sandwiches completely. When I came next in line I realized what had happened. Absolutely unsanitary, everyone who’s worked with food knows that if a mistake like that happens, you remake it. Not to mention they automatically charged the donation on my card without asking. I usually donate but this location does it without asking.
Avoid this location at all costs.
