Long line, kiosks not printing receipts, and orders not showing on the screen. On top of that, not enough staff to handle the crowd. This was easily one of the worst McDonald’s experiences I’ve had. I watched people waiting more than 25 minutes just to get their order. Definitely needs better management during busy hours.

There is never anyone at the cash register to order. The tables are always dirty. Alot of the workers do not understand English well , so when you do finally get to order….it takes multiple times to eventually get them to understand your order. My order occasionally still comes out wrong even after explaining it multiple times. It’s an aggravating experience almost every time.

Raher small location with no drive through. As per usual, need to check your bag for accuracy. Orders can get longer than suggested in the app unless you remind the staff about it a few times. MAKE SURE TO USE THE APP for special offers and points. I may pay as little as 50% of the full meal price when using the app.

It’s ok I suppose. The quarter pounder tasted weird on this visit, hence the low score for food. For fast food, this place is really slow (15 minutes from order to food delivery). It’s also pretty dirty… Last but not least, portions are getting smaller and smaller. It’s actually quite shocking and very apparent for someone who visits only occasionally.

Serious hygiene issue and unacceptable behavior – this location should be investigated.

I placed a mobile order through the McDonald’s app and went to the store to pick it up. Before they prepared it, I clearly told the cashier that my order was customized — extra meat, extra cheese, no ketchup — and asked them to be careful.

Despite this, they made my burger wrong three times. Yes, three times. Each time I returned it, and by the final attempt, the burger they gave me was ice cold. To make things even worse, one of the employees grabbed the onions with his bare hands, threw them into the box, and told me to put them on the burger myself.

This is not just bad service — it’s a serious hygiene violation and a complete lack of basic food safety standards. Seeing an employee touch food with bare hands and then ask the customer to fix it themselves is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.

Throughout the entire experience, the staff were extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. They showed zero respect for the customer. Instead of apologizing or fixing the issue properly, they acted like they didn’t care at all, laughed among themselves, and spoke in a sarcastic, disrespectful tone. One of them even told me, “Go to the police if you want to complain.”

No customer should ever be treated this way. This kind of attitude shows a total lack of training, respect, and responsibility.

This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had at any restaurant. This is my last McDonald’s order ever. I’m deleting the app and will never order from McDonald’s again.

If management cares at all about customer satisfaction and hygiene, they need to take immediate action. Avoid this location at all costs.

was served chicken that seemed undercooked and very hard to chew. Out of concern for my health, I plan to get checked by a doctor to ensure there are no issues. This was disappointing and raises questions about food safety at this location.
I had to come back and speak to the manager to let her know ,the manager her name manta did not apologize or anything as if it’s my fault for find under cooked chicken I’ll never eat at this place again

Terrible service, can not refill your cup, extremely slow, staff is rude, all the staff is in the back, customers are confused. I witnessed an employee with dirty fingers removing the fries with his nasty hands and putting it back in the fry warmer. Although, this location has been updated everything is just awful. Fast food was not fast food. It took me 30mins to receive the food no exaggeration!!
