Great! Ordered from the app to pick it up at the counter. 10 min and ready! The order corresponded and matched my custom request perfectly. Smiling faces greeted me after showing my phone order to the customer service representative. You can order at the cashier register if you want to. I sat to dine in instead. Quiet, clean. I order at McDonald’s on 9681 sw 72 nd st and ordered. 1 Quarter pounder with cheese and 2 Double quarter pounders with cheese got all regular quarter pounders in the Double Quarter boxes. Going to a kids show couldn’t go back to exchange them. Called the store to speak to someone all I got was a fax beeping for ever!!! So I called another store on miller they answered right away. But couldn’t help me.

WORST McDonald’s in all of Miami. The quality of this location has deteriorated considerably. It’s only saving grace is that True North exists next door, and students are frequenting it. Otherwise, it should have closed.
NO ONE speaks English, so if they mess up your order, all non-Spanish speakers are screwed. This includes their manager. For some reason, this location also never seems to give out receipts (you either have to ask for it or they make you wait until you’re at the second window), which is equally puzzling. Perhaps they fear accountability?
Even as I write this message, I still don’t know what happened to the drink that went with my daughter’s Happy Meal…
