As I leave this review, the store is holding a 3.5 rating. In observation of that after my visit on 9/13/25, it appears this store is not positioning for improvement. At the time I visited btwn 1:30p – 2p, while waiting for my order, I went to retrieve napkins, sauce nd utensils. Also take note, there were two guests ahead of me nd only two drive thru patrons abt that time. The first deficiency arose as there were no sauces or other condiments on display. Coincidence would have it that one of the 5 workers I later took account of, was entering the store nd as she went behind the counter, I asked her abt not having sauces in general. As far as I could tell she presented as the Mgr, stating that they did but it’s been real busy so they hadn’t time yet to place them out. She went to the prep area nd retrieved a container of the sauce I told her I desired, then set it back in the food prep bin after I grabbed what I wanted. As I waited for the food, the 2nd deficiency arose as I ventured into the restroom. There were no paper towels nd apparently no spot check for paper towels bc the holder was empty. The rest room in general had not been cleaned or refreshed. On return to the dining area, the 3rd deficiency arose with cleanliness in mind, I easily noted the trash receptacles needed 2b emptied nd a few tables needed 2b cleaned up. I dined in nd even tho I indicated dining in, my order was placed inna bag. 4th deficiency arose bc I opted to add potatoes, yet this item was not included. Even moreso, I ordered EXTRA pico gallo to my order but this too was not included to my meal. To the credit ofda worker who mentions the place being busy, the foot traffic did pickup nd I noticed more cars passing thru the drive way. Finally, the food itself was palatable but I was left surprised by the minimal portions provided compared to other TBs

I was met with an experience so profoundly disappointing that it compels this review.

The portions here verge on satire, as though each scoop is rationed by someone personally offended by generosity. The rice is consistently overcooked into weaponized pebbles. Baja Blast, the very lifeblood of The Bell from coast to coast, is perpetually absent, an exotic companion seemingly hunted to extinction from your haphazardly slapped-together meal alongside your forgotten sauces.

Yet the greatest offense is not this franchise’s culinary failings, but its avarice. Prices and fees on the app have been elevated to their maximum permissible limits, and in a final, most recent act of corporate contortion, half of the once-free Fire Rewards have been quietly removed, including my much beloved Cheesy Gordita Crunch. I, of course, am still extended the generous privilege of paying over $5.00 for a single specimen.

One is left with the lingering sense that this location has abandoned even the illusion of caring. It survives on habit and treats its customers accordingly.

Perhaps they might take a note from the Hixson Bell, where reasonable prices and exceptional food service continue to draw customers back with ease, and a reminder that quality and value are not myths.

But until then, it is remarkable, in the bleakest possible way, to watch this location attempt to squeeze every last cent from its loyal customers before its inevitable shuttering.

I can’t believe this place cannot get food correct! We had a $41 order the 2 Mexican pizzas we got tasted like crap it was dry hardly any sauce! I ordered a bean burrito with extra sauce, instead got extra dry beans, crappy meat, some onions and just little sauce and cheese.. it tasted like crap!! Freaking really???!!!! Need lessons on making simple food?? You all lost a few customers!!!

I really don’t want to do this, but I have to share concerns about a recent visit to this location. On my most recent visit to this location, I encountered several issues. The food was made incorrectly for one item, leaving off several items. The nacho cheese was just slapped in the cup, leaving it nearly empty. The food was falling apart. The drive-thru attendant was unprofessional and seemed rushed. I explained that no sauce was in the bag; he tried to tell me it was even after showing that none was in the bag; he seemed to be uncaring. I did eventually receive the requested sauce. This is out of the ordinary for Taco Bell as a whole and this location as well. I just raise these concerns to emphasize possible areas for improvement.

I ordered 2 7-layer burritos. There were layers missing or barely there. For example, no guacamole, no beans, and tiny blop of sour cream. The restaurant was out of hot and mild sauces and apparently other items. If I had known that, I wouldn’t have ordered.

I think they just throw together whatever they want I never get what I ordered and it looks like it was slapped together by a infant. Last time I was there they got most of the order wrong and replaced my churros with a random burrito without asking. I won’t be spending anymore money there it truly is the worst taco bell I’ve ever been to.

Other diners having speakerphone conversation. Could barely understand kid at counter and the Crunchwrap Supreme looked like it had been beaten with a hammer. See pic. Went back on our way home from Chattanooga 4 months later and gave them another chance. It’s better but still not fantastic for their price.

I almost gave this place a three star review. The service was fine (I long ago gave up ordering from an order taker since most Taco Bell employees don’t seem to know what Fresco style is, and since it is on their app and kiosk, I’d rather explain to them what that is than argue if they have it). I didn’t have much employee contact at this place, but what little I had was terrific. The food quality was not five star quality. It wasn’t quite bad enough to go with three stars for the place though and I don’t know how much of the bad experience was just me showing up to a short staffed team vs just negligence.

Special order items are a disgrace at this Taco Bell. Service is getting worse every time I come here. Soon I’ll quit coming if it doesn’t get better.

I went through the drive-through today and got a grilled cheese steak burrito. It was probably the best one I had ever had. It had the right ingredients and it was cooked just right. The staff are also very friendly as well.
