Everything was amazing! The food was a 20/10. They have great customer service. The portion sizes are very appropriate. This was my first time & I didn’t even finish my food before I went back for seconds lol. First round I got the basil pesto pasta with hot fried chicken, second I ordered the CYO Mac with hot fried chicken & pesto! I can’t wait to try my Mac. I also tried the spinach & artichoke piada roll & the garlic bread. EVERYTHING was so flavorful & delicious. The pasta could’ve been warmer, but overall I’m very happy with my entire experience. The manager even gave me a card for an extra free piada sticks since the oven was down. This will definitely be one of my new favorite spots for quick food & they have great vegetarian options. Next time I’ll try a salad.

Amazing food and excellent service! I ordered the Avocado Chopped salad, and they were happy to customize it exactly to my liking. It was absolutely delicious—great flavors, wonderful textures, and just the right touch of heat. I’m already looking forward to going back soon. I highly recommend this place!

It’s a hit or miss when I come to this location. The staff is always nice, but not enthusiastic. Not that you’re supposed to be jumping off the walls at work, but just a glum feeling.
As for the food, sometimes is really good and sometimes it’s mediocre. The portion sizes varies depending on who is serving you. My bowl was the small bowl. It was pretty light. It was more the size of a kids meal. Nonetheless, it was actually really good.
The location was clean.

You know what makes a place great? It’s workers, these folk work so hard and do such a great job. Clean and professional, always polite when I have questions. Truly enjoy the veggie pasta combo I get. They do not get paid enough. Shout out to destiny and others for the warm and welcoming attitude.

What a great concept! I had a piada, it was delicious! I had never heard of the food or the restaurant but we sure enjoyed it. There were 6 of us, some with pasta and some with piadas. The piada ,best I can describe it is.like a burrito with Italian flavors. Fun and delicious, great prices. Go try one!

I found this place on a trip to Cuyahoga Valley National Park and decided to stop for lunch. After eating, I immediately looked up the chain to see if there is a location near my house (sadly the closest is 3 hours…).

The food is amazing! My husband and I each got a pasta bowl and we loved the “build your own” style. The food was so yummy – and we both agree we think the spaghetti was easier to eat than the penne but both were tasty. We split a piada stick and were disappointed we hadn’t gotten more.

When we got back to our hotel in Cleveland for the evening I looked up food nearby and saw there was another piada nearby…and I really considered going there twice in one day. It was so good! My only complaint is there isn’t a location near my home. 🙂

Great food, cooked fresh and hot. If you haven’t tried it yet you’re missing out. I usually get the grilled chicken and salmon Alfredo with a salad 10/10.. The workers are even patient and helpful. Big shout out to Rhion

I visited Piada on December 27 at approximately 7:00 PM and observed serious food safety and sanitation violations. The food preparation area was visibly dirty, disorganized, and unsanitary. Additionally, the employee preparing food was not wearing gloves, which is a fundamental and non-negotiable food-handling requirement.
These conditions are unacceptable and present a potential health risk to customers. Due to the lack of basic hygiene and cleanliness, I did not feel safe consuming food from this location. Immediate corrective action, retraining, and management oversight are necessary to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
This experience reflects a failure to meet minimum operational and sanitation expectations.
