Reviews
The service is friendly and the restaurant is clean and comfortable. Highly recommend this place if you want great Vietnamese noodle soup!
Ambiance: 5/5
The setting is casual and cozy, perfect for a comforting meal. Even at the end of the night, the space felt inviting and relaxed, making it easy to unwind over a steaming bowl of pho.
Authenticity: 5/5
The pho here tastes as though it’s made with care, following traditional methods. The broth is rich, layered with flavor, yet never overly salty, allowing the natural taste of the beef and herbs to shine. It’s clear this restaurant takes pride in honoring authentic Vietnamese cooking.
Flavor: 5/5
The pho is the star—deeply aromatic, with perfectly cooked noodles and tender cuts of meat. I also highly recommend their spring rolls and chicken skewers, both fresh and flavorful, adding great variety to the meal.
Service: 5/5
The service here is exceptional. Even though I arrived close to closing time, I was greeted with genuine warmth and never felt rushed. The server was attentive, friendly, and took extra care to understand and fulfill my specific request for the pho. This level of hospitality is rare and truly appreciated.
Cost: 5/5
With generous portions and authentic flavors, this restaurant offers incredible value. You’ll leave full and satisfied without feeling like you overspent.
Final verdict: Pho Asia Noodle House delivers not just a fantastic meal but also a reminder of what makes dining out so special—delicious food served with genuine warmth. For comforting, authentic pho and a welcoming atmosphere, this is easily a 5-star spot worth revisiting.
Pho seafood, dine-in and pho with beef rib, takeout.
Seafood, light broth with garlic aroma and pork bone.
Beef rib, again, broth was light, lightly sweet and and have a clean pho tastes. The noodles not fresh made but the overall soup is one of my favorites in WA.
Worth the 20 min drive, good value, lots of delicious pho for the price! Yummy food and great service!
Note on my rating, sharing this as I believe some may assume a 3-star review indicates a mediocre experience.
5 stars: Exceptional! Outstanding food, service, and/or experience—well worth traveling for. (For example, we often drive from San Antonio to Austin just for Uchi.)
4 stars: Surpasses expectations in terms of food, service, and/or ambiance.
3 stars: Solidly good or meets expectations. I would revisit any place rated 3 stars or higher.
2 stars: Falls below acceptable standards for food or service.
1 star: Best to avoid.
Update: Pho Asia is still the best pho place almost anywhere in the greater Seattle area!! The soup stock is very tasty, full of flavor, and not sweet at all. We usually dip the meat pieces in a small dish of shiracha and hoisin sauce mixed up, and eat with the noodles, so as to not change the broth. But then halfway through, maybe add some chili sauce to the broth (either fresh one or chili oil mix) change the flavor. BTW, the fresh chili sauce is the absolute best to add to the cold vermicelli noodle bowls!
