I order through this store on door dash. My Dasher got it here quicker than estimated as I work less than 2 miles from this location. My frosty was melted my fries and nuggets were ice cold as well as my sandwich. I am definitely not impressed with this location. All in all the delivery took less than 15 minutes.

Staff is super friendly always, I rarely have issues here! But there is A woman working Night Shift who I think tries to steal change??? I had to repeatedly ask her for my ones back When I stopped to get my boyfriend food after work.. She’ll give me my change back, but not my dollar bills.. Anyways, staff is still super awesome and would recommend!!!

English is a second language here. I asked for well done (extra crispy) bacon when ordering. Even reiterated with “just burn the bacon” before handing the cashier my money. The receipt even says ** well done **
When I got my food, the bacon was floppy so I returned to the counter and had them re-do it. They threw away the old order of bacon and made a new order of bacon that was less cooked than the first. I again asked them to cook the bacon well done. This time I stood there and watched them correct it, returned to my table to see flies on my fries and chili. Guess it’s my fault for not knowing how to say CRISPY BACON in Spanish.

Your drive-through person at Wendy’s on Clinton Highway was very rude. I ordered two biggie meals. One was a bacon burger with no ketchup no mustard no cheese. The other one was a bacon burger, no pickle we tried to correct our order and she wanted to argue with us what happened to the customers always right?
