Food was really pretty good for a McDonald’s. However, most employees ignored when I had to pop back up to the counter to ask for things like napkins and ketchup. I understand if its not your job or your busy, but you could at least acknowledge I exist and say something like “someone will be with you as soon as we can”. Don’t just ignore me. However, there was 1 older gentleman and 1 teenager that did their best to help when someone came up front.

Rachel helped accommodate my special order and she did FANTASTIC. She was so courteous on the phone and when I arrived in person. She was very patient and listened to my specific Happy Meal order needs. She not only got it perfect but she thought ahead and was kind enough to package up my order in very neatly organized bags to make my life easier transporting all the food to my car. She took the initiative without me having to ask and I can’t express how much this was appreciated! ❤️This has been the most positive experience I’ve had with any McDonald’s ever! Rachel has set the bar high for quality service!

I went through drive through at 9:30 after fasting for tests at the hospital. Ordered 2 sausage McMuffin with egg (scrambled). Very disappointed with the amount of egg. They should have told me if they didn’t have enough egg for the 2 sandwiches instead of shorting them the way they did. I would have changed my order!

Waited over 15 mins for our order.
Management didn’t have anyone working the front counter.
Had to wait over 5 mins before being able to flag down a crew member, just for napkins and sauce.

Terrible service! I ordered food and also a large latte, which was just a little over half full. Why pay for a large latte if you’re not going to fill the cup properly? So frustrating. I’m so angry; I want my money back. On top of that, the latte tasted awful. To make matters worse, the lady at the drive-thru was not friendly at all. What a disgusting McDonald’s!

This is the best mcdonalds, I’ve become a regular at this location! The manager Rachel n her crew make the BEST food, and Rachel is a total sweetheart!!! She makes the place shine. Also, the maintenance guy decorates the place seasonally for holidays up to the 9s.The Valentines and Halloween decorations this year are my favs!

Terrible!!! Do not go here, for one thing ordered a big breakfast, the hotcakes were cold and rock hard and no condiments (butter, syrup, fork knife etc) DESPITE no line or customers!! Then called and asked to speak with manager who said her name was Sarah and when I told her about my order she became confrontational and said there were no orders except one and they packed it up nicely, when I told her to check her mobile orders she was still fighting with me especially when I said for a family owned restaurant I’m sure the family would be upset with her unprofessionalism – she then hung up on me!!! Really??? Do not go here. There are 2 other McDonald’s within 5 miles if this one with much better service and quality of food, now in hindsight the fact that thise are very busy in the early hours of the morning and this one was not makes total sense!!!

Food was hot and ready quickly. However, the restroom has looked and smelled horrible every time I have used it. Bagley Road location is my favorite. Staff are all polite and provide service with a smile.
