Seriously now this is what it should be like for food and games for the kiddos. Straight forward, affordable, and no one gets sick. My girls prefer this over Chuck e cheese. In the end you pay 29 bucks with tip for food drink and games (did only 5 bucks worth). The staff is very pleasant and supportive. If the kids want something specific they’ll make it.

Youkemby …. is one of the best guys ive ever met with customer service. He always has a smile on his face. ALWAYS… AND ALWAYS has a great attitude. You couldn’t ask for a better employee. The kids always look forward to seeing him when we com in and we come here a lot. I want him to know that his hard work and determination doesn’t go unnoticed. If there is anything you can do to make that happen. The kids and I would be greatly appreciated. Thanks and thanks for having him as the best employee you could ask for.

With today’s prices this place is a no brainier for a kids night out or like birthday thing.
Thanks the staff was super nice and calm even when the punch went flying across the whole table during a happy high five.
The manager made sure the friend didn’t turn upside down because of the spill.
Such a good attitude to keep around a family atmosphere.

Sandra and her team kept everything running smoothly while we were at Cici’s for lunch today. The staff stayed busy, keeping fresh pizza and desserts coming out, and others were cleaning up tables and keeping the place clean. They seemed to work so well as a team, so I just wanted go acknowledge that 🙂 Great job!

Despite the bar being on the empty side they were on top of it, and kept enough on the bar to satisfy people. I was able to get my other half, and myself a personal pizza fairly quickly. Everything was delicious. The manager even fulfilled a special request of mine with a smile on his face. This is a pleasant change from previous visits. I’m guessing they are under new management. We’ll be back sooner rather than later.

Food is fresh and made in house. The dough from scratch! I was shocked . The staff, so wonderful and hard working. It was super busy and they kept the pizzas flying out!!! Updated Reviewed 5 years later….

Food tasted like it was on the counter for hours. We got there 40 minutes before closing and they did not even make fresh food. We got stuck eating what was there and got disgusted. And left. No one there that cared to help out customers. They had plenty of time to make fresh food. Did not consider the customers that were there other than eating food that probably sat out for hours and when not apologize for anything

I haven’t seen a cici’s in almost a decade and when I saw this one I had to try it out again and it did not disappoint. I was expecting a normal buffet/ fast food place but when I walked in I was instantly greeted but the employees who actually seemed like they cared about their job. After I paid and got my plate and pizza (the spinach pizza and mac and cheese one) I had flash backs to when I was a kid eating at cici’s. The only thing that was wrong which I am nitpicking is the decor was a bit out dated
