Made my order wrong. Used mobile app & receipt taped to bag was correct. Food was not. In a hurry. Late getting off work and late for dr appt. Dr appt is usually 3-4 hrs but there’s time I can eat b4 seeing the dr. Otherwise I’m starving. Asked for low carb on chicken sandwich & no mayo, add bbq sauce.. Got the bun. No mayo, good, no BBQ sauce bad, got ketchup instead. Didn’t want it. They offered to remake it as i showed it to them when I checked my order. I’m late. I needed fd to get me thru from lunch at noon to 4 hr dr appt & hr drive home (approx 9pm) & still had to get husband fd on way home or go home & cook. I don’t like throwing fd away. If they’d offer to let me keep it, might have considered a correct remake since needed restroom but it was locked & waiting on fd, I could use theirs instead of waiting to get to dr office. But when I said the chicken was good, didn’t see them throwing it away, they offered to remake it using that chicken. But again, throwing away fd. So I told them, I’m in hurry and would just take it. I can eat the bun but trying to lose weight on a budget so the lower carb option with no bun usually comes with xtr lettuce & I pd xtr for tomato & added pickles & onion for more like a salad & BBQ sauce. Sandwich was ok but I wanted xtr veggies & no white bun. Cashier was nice but cook was unable to completely read receipt.

The food cheeseburger, fries, chicken sandwich and even the ketchup tasted wonderful.
I wanted to eat more but had to leave. It’s a very clean restaraunt that smells like it should food with happy people working qiickly.
I ate the food fast because it was so delicious not even the crumbs escaped my mouth.

I literally just got done from work decided to stop on 16st and Buckeye got two whoppers with cheese one for my son that was hungry paid 15$and some change so I eat one before getting home and gave the other one to my son when he opened it there was just three patties in there what a disappointment. What’s wrong with this
are the employees in space and need to Come back to earth.will not ever return. Plus got swindled on my money I work hard for.

Surely this store is closing! It’s unfortunate for ‘any’ person or persons spending hard earned money at this degradable place and feel they’ve received equal and fair treatment.
Look at the photos….It’s hard to believe that a paying customer would receive a sandwich with the lid of a ketchup bottle INSIDE laying underneath lettuce. You cannot convince me that the cook (whomever) made this sandwich and never noticed this gross and nauseating issue???
Either the person was ‘high’ on some substance ‘or’ it was intentional. Whatever the case, it has ENDED any future trips there or any other Burger King for that matter. Whataburger – Thank You!
When returning to the store with this trash in hand AND my receipt confirming I had purchased my sandwich there, the “acting” assistant manager was in a deep conversation that I she (Cinthia) didn’t see me standing there for nearly 5 minutes and the ‘cook’ she was speaking with never felt it was his duty to inform her that a customer was standing awaiting service.
Needless to say, I was supposed to receive a refund that never posted to my account ‘and’ I have NEVER returned there. When viewing past comments from other diners, it strongly suggests this place is less than trash, it’s deplorable. The Health Dept truly needs to visit this place ‘unannounced’ with one goal in mind – to shut it down!!!
This is the type of service quality residents in this area have come to expect. It’s just that saddening. #PleaseShutItDown

I was just assaulted in your parking lot by a crazy homeless guy. He demanded i give him money. I told him I don’t have any. So he knocks my hand and wrist down with the food hitting the ground. He then kept yelling and followed me to my vehicle

Stopped in for a quick breakfast bite on my way to a work training. I ordered from the kiosk and my food was ready pretty quickly. When I grabbed my food I pointed out that the ketchup dispenser said it was supposed to be emptied the night prior by end of day, so they gave me some packets that were covered in dried syrup. The food was as expected and after I wanted to wash the syrup off my hands, but they have to buzz you into the bathrooms as they have magnetic locks. Before I left I checked and they didn’t clean and replace the ketchup dispenser.

Why do they always “forget” to add my sauces ? Is it that difficult to read that I wanted a sauce with my chicken fries and onion rings. I also asked for extra ice and got like 3 Ice cubes . And if I try to speak on their mic they never hear me

Used to be my favorite place to come get a whopper. But now is just like the rest of the other Burger King restaurant with bad customer food quality is horrible, I think they they hold on to the already cooked food more than they should so they don’t have to throw away.

Horrible place to represent Burger King. I don’t usually bring my kids and we always eat at home but because of the spider verse burger I wanted to do a nice thing for my kids to be greeted by nobody at the front I had to yell for someone to come to the front of the register & also a bunch of food on mostly all the tables & then for me to have to ask for a preordered meal not being made after 45 minutes of waiting. Shame on the managers and to be honest very disgusting being pregnant and having to be nauseous and not even wanting my food anymore !!!

Don’t let memories of the creepy King commercials keep you away from these delicious flame broiled burgers. Burger King always does it up right! The drive through is fast and efficient. If I can’t have a burger from a back yard BBQ Burger King is always there! Don’t waste your time on the inferior burger of McDonalds.
