The Burger King in Navarre has really turned around with the current crew. The service is fast, the food is fresh, and the staff is friendly. Evan and Sam always go the extra mile to make sure everything is right. This location has improved so much and its GREAT to see this young and up coming generation be the cause for this improvement always.

I don’t take to reviews lightly
But this particular location HAS HORRIBLE SERVICE. They gave my husbands food away, which isn’t a big deal, but instead of acknowledging him at the drive thru window and explaining to him what had happened, they let him sit for 20 minutes, that’s not an exaggeration. He had to knock on the window and ask what was going on, and only then did they explain what was happening. Incredibly unprofessional, they were screaming amongst each other how their general manager won’t answer his phone.
Our food was cold, even though they remade after they gave the first order away.
Every store can have a rough night, but it’s very obvious that no one trained them how to deal with it PROPERLY AND PROFESSIONALLY. Just sad and pathetic

Ordered Friday @ 7pm. The drive thru staff appeared helpful. Guy said he’d ‘make sure our meals were fresh’ without prompting. 1st BK fake!
Meals took 15 minutes but we don’t mind for fresh?!
Ran home with the orders. Everything was cold, only 5 mins from BK. My whopper had no cheese, brown lettuce & tiny tomato was old, buns were stale.
Chicken in the sandwiches was hard as a rock, fries cold & hard!
Unfortunately won’t be back. In fact it seems every fast food here don’t give a damn about product, good employees or customers!
Time to cook at home more!

This morning I had the rudest experience of my life from an employee at the drive thru window. There was a semi delivery driver blocking the entrance if you approach Burger King from the hwy 98 light. It was still completely accessible from the side road, but not the 98 entrance. I attempted several different ways to go around but couldn’t do it without curbing my rims. I attempted to go in but the lobby doors were locked. I had to go the opposite way of travel to get around him. I did this slowly as I know it was the wrong direction but it was also the only option it was 6am with not a soul around . The employee lectured me so hard, called me “Lenny” and kept telling me how I was wrong and I could have gotten around the semi. Cut me off many times while trying to explain you can’t get around him and told me multiple times “other people are getting around just fine” I highly
doubt being in the kitchen she can tell which direction people are coming from- so she had no clue what I was talking about, and only cared to lecture me and call me names. She did pay for my child’s Cinni minis, so thanks for that but that was a terrible experience. I don’t normally leave bad reviews, I enjoy leaving positive reviews as you can look at my account and see, but this one has to be left so management knows what type of employees they have working the window. Had she simply said be careful, or something along those lines it would have been fine. But the continual lecturing and telling me I was wrong and I could get around- was completely unprofessional.

Order then I watched her go make my food and bag it within 3 minutes herself and with a smile! I must say what an absolute beauty to see someone who cares for there customers again keep up the amazing work you all must go see ms Jae and if you have any issues go to her she will fix any and all without question I e seen it

With 4 people in our group and all 4 on the same ticket after the first 2 ordered the cashier left to take a drive thru order before taking last 2 orders. Then it took a while to get our order at which time we had a total of 2 medium fries but only got 1 order of fries so had to go back up to get the other. Even then both orders of fries were cold even though the first order was also taken back back up to get replacement hot fries both were still cold.

I been to a lot of burger kings and this one in Navarre tops them all. The food is perfect everytime and if I was down I could walk in there and they would let me know I rule and bring a smile to my face on top of ms.Jays friend who got hired to set in the lobby Creepy Cris yall dont know you should definitely go check out Navarre location and get you some fresh food and good vibes

9-15-2022 – BIG TIME FAIL! Order a #1 w/ cheese extra onion extra mayo. Dude in the window was not focused – I could tell by his rapid voice. I asked at the speaker, did you get the extra cheese and mayo? Yea yea yea he said. Paid and told to pull forward. No receipt. Waiting waiting – then John comes out and asked for my receipt- you didn’t give me one! Then asked what my order was. Repeated the order… 5-cars go around me and then here comes my bag of food – FAIL! Not my order and told him. I get a look back like huh? Screw it, I took the two sandwiches and fries. The food even was nasty looking. Done with the Burger King – won’t be back! Going down the road a mile to Topps burgers to give them my $10 in future.

3-25-22: tried the new small patty melt. Really good; may give the Big Mac a run for the money. Only issues here are recent staffing turn overs. They can’t seem to keep the good help.

Every time we order from this Burger King there are problems. We had not ordered from this place in 5 years due to all the problems we had with them having bad customer service, cold food, and missing items. After a few years we decided to give them another chance. Maybe things had gotten better. We thought wrong. Food was cold, service is awful, and we were missing 32 nuggets. 32! They have never picked up the phone, so don’t bother calling if your order is wrong because they won’t answer. Good luck getting your money back for any missing items.
