I had a mobile order and it said it was ready at 4:22 however I went inside to pick it up and had to wait for 40 mins for my food, the food was okay not the best, the atmosphere was horrible the manager was loud and not doing anything but standing around complaining about everything that everyone else was doing without making any kind of contribution herself, the workers were arguing talking bad about other coworkers, it was extremely busy and it didn’t help that they didn’t have half of the products they’re supposed to be selling, they were out of tenders completely and saying if they ordered them they could not give any type of refunds or replacements because that’s “not what the customer paid for” they were out of spicy chicken and I guess ran out of corn considering they only gave me like 1/4 of a cup instead of full, they were physically moving slow and obviously didnt know how to work under pressure seeing as they were acting oblivious as to where they were at or what they were supposed to be doing
1/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND WHATSOEVER!! Do not go there
All around horrible experience and should not be in business in this location
And the workers have no business working anywhere at all.

Thought the point of a drive-through was to get in and out. Sat there behind a car for a sec and after about five minutes, it drove off. Pull up to the speaker and no one addresses us, so I drive up to the window. Three employees stared right at us and ignored us. Don’t know if it was just who was on shift but that should’ve been enough to get them all fired. We walked in to be served and they still didn’t acknowledge us, but had time to stare us up and down. Straight goofies.

I’ve gone to this Church’s Chicken for 50 years. The food has always been hot and delicious. The staff were friendly and efficient. The only problem I have is trying not to eat a piece on the way home.

The lady at the window was professional and nice but the one taking the order was RUDE! They left out my extra biscuit and the food was cold and the chicken was dry. This is the second time they’ve left off an item but charged me for it. Everything is so expensive to get horrible service and cold food that doesn’t taste edible afterwards.

Spent $30 yesterday. Got a 10 piece family meal. Ordered it from the app. The chicken was old the biscuits was hard as a brick. Only thing that was good was the mashed potatoes and gravy and cole slaw. I tried to call back up there and they got the phone where it’s a recording and they don’t answer it. You have been warned. Don’t go to this location.

Fries, chicken and a biscuit. Excellent brunch. Warm and friendly. Good view of hwy 67 and washington traffic. Iconic. Recommend to out-of-towners visiting from Spanish lake, and Ferguson, and hazelwood. Worth the drive.

Placed order in drive through, had us pull up, no receipt, waited and waited, finally went in, the lady had a super bad attitude, raised her voice as of it were my fault. Finally got part of the order after manager spoke to her. Still forgot the biscuit. No ranch, chicken was very bland. Will never go back here

I placed an online order for 2 smokehouse combos with corn and Mac n cheese and corn. Got there they said they were out of smokehouse chicken and could not give refund we had to do it on the app. We told them we didn’t order on the app we ordered online and there was not a way to cancel the order. They offered to give something else but we’re out of corn, honey and couldn’t get wings cause they end up running out of chicken. Contact corporate and have them shut down the items online that are not available to avoid this situation in the future. The wait was ridiculous! That was the whole reason of ordering ahead for pick up.

Normally I love church’s.
However, Overall very frustrating experience that my 56 year old father should NOT have gone through. A fast food restaurant should absolutely not cause a family to have a full on screaming argument over them not having most of the food on the menu. No spicy chicken whatsoever, no chicken sandwiches, no chicken wraps because they have no tortillas. Get to the window and guess what, no seasoning packets, and no cup of water. Screams bad management.

When a fast food restaurant doesn’t have several items, that literally should be the first thing they say BEFORE you order to inform all of the paying customers about, especially when you first order! Handled so poorly they could see how frustrating and absolutely stressed we were while they were laughing. I would love to talk to a district manager to resolve this issue as the service and food were sadly below expectations.
