Drums of Heaven, S 14 Green Park Extention Market (plus another one at Gurugram) was started during the 1990s.
Raja (Rana) Puri, the founder who finished his culinary course at a ripe young age of 36 and had joined Taj to get the final expertise, has an extremely caring touch to the food that is served in DOH.
The difference between DOH and the rest, is his personal attention to the kitchens themselves, bringing about successful and fabulous comfort Indo – Chinese / Pan-Asian food.
Our entire dining experience was completely awesome, with extremely attentive attendees, who took pride in the dishes that they served, and so did we while we relished them.
Let me put it like this, that one’s visit to this fabulous 56 seater place (divided in 1 and half internal floors) is worth visiting to get every bit of the morsel that one can devour.
DO NOT miss this place.

Honestly it’s such a nice place, delicious food and lovely staff went with my mother and grandmother they were so helpful and sweet. Just the place is expensive from my standard and the soups quality was very less. But still worth it.

I visited this place with my family. I ordered honey chilli potato for my three year old. There was an odd smell in the food item, as if reused stale fries. The restaurant replaced the food item then it was good. The veg choupsey was decent. Additionally I had beers, okayish place to hangout. I recommend working on the food and ambience for a more modern look and tastes. The atmosphere is archaic with a lot of antiques.

I am a regular at this place but what happened with the recent visit left me in utter disbelief. I am a regular only because of the consistent taste and this time I ordered a chilli chicken, which is not by that name in the menu. But we weren’t informed of that rather we were served with a dark brown foul oil smelling gravy. Upon informing the same to the server, he said he’ll get it rectified and served us with the same bullshit. Generally, good restaurants endeavour to serve upto the mark food or replace it or do not charge you for that. What pinched was having to pay almost a thousand rupees for a dish you barely had a bite or two from. The staff is old (not just age-wise) and so are the methodologies. However the hospitality industry has progressed so much, that these people are really left behind and have a long way to catch up. I brought someone specifically for the food, the staff is usually rude and keeps staring, judging and gossiping. But today the restaurant failed to do the one thing that I recommend it for.
If you’re looking to have a good time, please do not hesitate to skip this place.

Great place for Chinese food. Even their cocktails are great (mostly). Ambience is cozy and the service is fine. I personally love their starters more then the main courses. On weekend evenings there is live music as well.

Good ambiance. Food was delicious, especially the chilly garlic lotus stem. Prices seem to be a bit on higher side wrt the area. Mineral water was charged at Rs. 90/- and they didn’t even ask us before serving if we want mineral water or regular one. I think it’s not a good practice.
Rest the food was good, but won’t go again as there are better places at lower prices.

Very bad food soup was so thick with under cooked chicken and raw garlic.. ordered chilli chicken n drum of heaven for apetiteziers which were no chicken thick coat of flour and fried in stale smelly oil main was even more disappointing with smelly brown gravy and miniature size chicken pieces with thick flour and raw egg taste only noodles were decent and bill was obnoxious for the quality of food served totally avoid

Visited this place on a late Sunday night. There was live music at the time which was a pleasant experience to the dining experience. Local sports were also playing in the background. The staff were very welcoming and the food was quite delicious for East Asian cuisine. The menu was extensive with plenty of unique food and beverage options.
