We stopped in for breakfast/lunch this morning while in Clermont, Florida, and had such a wonderful experience. From the moment we walked in, the entire staff made us feel welcome. Everyone was incredibly polite, friendly, and attentive, which created such a warm and inviting atmosphere.
A special shout-out to Shannon, who took care of us. She was very personable, attentive, and genuinely kind. She made sure everything was perfect and checked on us just the right amount without ever making us feel rushed. Great service like that really makes a place stand out.
The whole environment of the restaurant was enjoyable, and you could tell the staff works well together and truly cares about their guests. It made for a great start to our day.
Thank you to Shannon and the entire team for such a great breakfast/lunch experience. We will definitely be back next time we’re in the area!

Let me tell u something. Today was our first time here and wow absolutely amazing! We had off the secret menu the sausage gravy over toasted croissant ✅ highly recommend! The iced coffee cappuccino tomato juice and eggs delish! The only thing bad is I been missing out coming here. Such a darling ambiance ❤️

We were able to get a table during the farmers market and they actually seated us within 5 minutes after showing up which was a big surprise. The crab Benedict was delicious. The English muffin was homemade or seemed to be. The coffee is quite good. The prices are actually very fair. I was impressed with everything. Overall a fantastic place for breakfast.

We had dinner at Cheeser’s Palace Café, and it was an absolutely amazing experience. The food was delicious, the hospitality was incredible, and the overall atmosphere made it a delightful little gem. It’s well worth the drive if you’re staying near Universal or Disney and want to experience the real Florida while getting off the beaten path. Highly recommended!

I recently ordered lunch here, and unfortunately, it was not a good experience for me. We tried the two sandwiches that were recommended to us (the Red Baron and the PoPo) and both were extremely disappointing, especially considering the price. I’m not sure what awards they may have received, but the quality simply did not reflect that during my visit.
The tap water also tasted unpleasant, and the overall atmosphere felt a bit disorganized, which added to the feeling that the lunch service may not be the restaurant’s strong point. I’ve since been told that the breakfast is what the restaurant is known for, and if that’s the case, it may be best to focus on that strength rather than offering lunch options that don’t seem to meet the same standard.
I don’t plan to return for lunch after this experience. We spent around $30 for two meals, and I unfortunately became sick afterward. Someone else also tasted my sandwich to make sure it wasn’t just me, and they had the same reaction and also felt unwell later.
Update: I do want to thank the owner for responding personally. While I appreciate that engagement, the tone confirmed for me that this is not a place I feel comfortable returning to. I don’t need a refund since a service was provided, but I do want to offer honest feedback because many customers simply won’t say anything, they’ll just choose not to come back.
I sincerely wish this business success, and I hope the breakfast continues to thrive. However, based on my experience, I would caution others about the lunch items, especially the sandwiches I tried.

I am the 1,000th review! Woot woot. After searching online reviews for a good lunch spot in downtown Clermont, we found Cheeser’s Palace Cafe. The food was delicious and I did follow the recommendation from many reviewers who mentioned the grilled muffins and they did not disappoint. Our waitress was Mandy and she was fantastic. I will be a repeat customer.

Loved this little restaurant with hometown feel. From the minute we walked in the door, we felt welcomed. Breakfast was served with a warm smile and everything we ordered was cooked to perfection. Caprese eggs Benedict drizzled with balsamic reduction, along with a sausage, cheddar and onion omelette and challah bread French toast with sausage patties was delicious. Even the two eggs over easy with grits were cooked just right. Atmosphere was comfortable and pleasant. Will definitely be back.

Stopped by for brunch on a Saturday, this place filled up quickly after but we got sat immediately. Our server was very nice, checked on us many times and had great recommendations. Everything the 4 of us had was so good we wanted others to try the various dishes. Their eggs Benedict is amazing as well as the French toast and omelets. Prices were on point, very happy with our experience! We will be back!
