This McDonald’s in Pompano Beach consistently delivers fresh, hot food with quick drive-thru service. Line moves fast, and there is plenty of parking. Staff is friendly and efficient, and most importantly orders are accurate.

This is the weirdest McDonalds i’ve ever been in. First, don’t order your sauces at the kiosk because you can ask for as many as you want but did you know you have to pay for them? They’ll bring you your order, but none of the sauces so that when you go to the register they can charge you for them. Also, don’t go to the bathroom because you have to ask like this is kindergarten class. They have to unlock the bathroom and then you have to press a button to get out. It truly does feel like being in prison

While visiting Broward, I stopped by this McDonald’s and had such a pleasant experience. The property was clean, well-maintained, and the atmosphere felt inviting. Both cashiers, Brett and Mateo, were excellent—Brett was very well-groomed and professional, while Mateo was incredibly attentive and ready to assist with a great attitude. They both wore name tags, which added a nice personal touch. It’s always refreshing to visit a location where the team takes pride in both their service and appearance!

This place is open 24/7 which is absolutely amazing. Generally the staff is kind and prompt with your orders.
The drive-thru lines here can get pretty long, so much so that I’ve driven away a few times, BUT – the times I’ve actually waited in line at the drive through it’s gone much faster than I’d anticipated.

Not only did we wait very little, we also received extra French fries! They had big meal deals for a small price and the workers were nice, you should definitely come to this McDonald’s.

Mayra was horrible !! Attitude beyond disgusting super rude and rolling her eyes. Was mad I asked for ketchup. Also I put on my points for a $1 off the happy meal she said she couldn’t honor and was being rude about it and told me no. Even though I clicked it and it was an error on her computer. My burger wasn’t wrapped all the way. Fries cold. Mayra is bad for your company and very unwelcoming. Also the restaurant smells like poop. Like it’s gross walked in and it just smelt horrible.

By far the slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. It’s like pulling teeth just to get someone to take the order at the register. Two value menu items shouldn’t take 20 minutes

Most of the time the food is good but on several times in the morning some of their sandwiches bread or over cooked and hard especially the McMuffins. Also, be aware if you go early mornings around 4 to 5 am. A lot of times their system is down and you can’t use the app or pay with debit or credit card. Cash only.
