We drove in from Houston and were dying for a Krystal burger since we do not have them there. I ordered 14 of them. Our hotel was close by soon why not. They were the nastiest things I have ever seen Krystal put out and I am sixty eight years old. I want a refund and will not let this go. One side is these pictures is bread and meat on other. What is this brown stuff that leaked onto the bread ? We did not eat dinner and we threw them in the trash.

I can’t give zero stats or I would. Krystal’s on 25th Street in Cleveland is a joke. How are you gonna give someone raw food. And not refund it. I used door dash food as raw as raw could be. So because I couldn’t bring it back to them I was working. (I couldn’t leave) and because I didn’t keep your raw food overnight and bring it back to you, you can’t do anything about it. And no I don’t want a free meal after I spent 3 hours vomiting up your food.

This Krystals is in desperate need of a remodel and or a deep cleaning. The chairs are some of the dirtiest chairs I’ve ever seen in a restaurant before. I know it’s fast food but that’s ridiculous. The food was disgusting. I ordered a chili cheese pup and a cheese Krystal buns were hard and everything was cold.
The service was decent but it was one man running the drive thru and dining and cooking. This Krystals needs help me n the worse way. Will not go back.

Went there at like 445 AM. Not the ideal time, I understand. Got the bacon Krystals. Pulled up, paid, got my drink. Dude comes to the window and say they are out of bacon. I just ask if I can get a refund. Some rude kid comes to the window and says only a store manager can give a refund and they get there at 3PM. Very rude. I was trying to be polite the whole time. Asked for my name so I could get a refund later. Goes away and comes back wanting me to wait 13 minutes for bacon krystals. Just walked off from the window without giving me a chance to reply. They stole $10.81 from me. I wasn’t letting them steal 13 minutes. I drove off. DO NOT GO HERE. I rarely ever leave reviews, this experience called for it.

I feel like the reason you all have issues is because ive heard from numerous ex employees and current ones that the management is the definition of toxic. EVERY SINGLE TIME I have visited there’s one problem or another. I was told tonight, a Friday night that it would be a few minutes before my order could be taken through the drive thru. 3 cars ahead. Finally when my order was taken she sounded unhappy. I know fast food has to keep costs down, labor being at the top, but you will have more and more unhappy customers doing business like this.

Employees always have the worst attitude and act like customers are an inconvenience no matter what time of day I come. The food is good most of the time, occasionally questionable but if you are eating at Krystals then you expect questionable.

It was awful We will be feeding $30 worth of food to our dogs I do believe health department should be called. Everything looked gross! Bread was hard meat looked green The corn dog was black and soggy. I know they Would not eat it themselves.

Easily the grossest place I’ve ever gone. The employees are just nasty. Sitting outside smoking mostly. If there is more than one car in the drive thru, don’t bother stopping unless you have an hour. The burgers are soggy every single time. So soggy that they are slimy. They loaded my chili cheese fries in sideways in the bag then handed it to me upright. The worst fast food place I’ve ever been.
